0:00 But I absolutely hate that approach. And the reason that I hate it is that there are so many aspiring entrepreneurs coming in through social media, seeing the lifestyle and seeing how people are living on social media. And then they find these gurus that are selling a course, they buy it, and they get a bad experience because so many gurus have shitty ass courses, they get the first bad experience and then they stop on their business journey.
0:23 And I hate that because if they just come over a course like this, which is totally free, they would have [ __ ] crushed it. That's the message I'm trying to show on the Instagram that now have over 100,000 followers and our school group that almost has 60K members. I want to provide all information for free on how exactly we did this by selling AI agents to boomer businesses. This is the method that we are using to make over a,000 bucks every single day upwards of 2,000 some days even.
1:09 And it's how we get clients that have paid us in lifetime value $93,000 the past year and a half and that are still clients today. This is not to flex, but I just want to show you that you can make real money using this. This is weekly payments from that client that I showed before where you can see they're paying multiple thousand every single week based on the appointments that we are setting for them using AI agents.
1:32 Most gurus will just show you a PowerPoint or a docs or some [ __ ] but I'm going to show you exactly how you do it. I'll show you how to set up agents and integrate them. I'll show you how to create interactive demos that you can get a link for and then share to your clients on meetings or just via links to make a [ __ ] ton of money selling AI agents. And you can learn all of it for free in this 3-day challenge.
1:32 This business model allowed us to have the lifestyle that we want. And we are only 22. And I'm giving it all away for free because I want as many people as possible to do the exact same thing that we did. A lot of people compare this new AI age to the start of the internet. Listen, being involved early in AI truly is like being involved early in the internet days, and I don't think you're going to have this kind of opportunity again for maybe a decade or two because back then, every single company needed to be on the web.
2:20 And it's the exact same thing now. Every single company will need AI agents. And if you can be the one giving that to them, you will set yourself up for life. Unlike the other gurus, I'm not going to say that it's going to be easy. But if you follow this guide and you dedicate yourself fully to making it work and you do this for not only weeks but months, then you will succeed. And when you do, make sure to make a post inside of the win section on school.
2:20 And here you can see land my first client for SMS and AI data reactivation. Fourth client in 6 weeks. Maren also closing a deal. Cohen landing his first two clients. And Sergeim collecting $15,000 in the first 25 days with attached screenshots. My point is that this stuff works. So, let's get into it, shall we? Before I show you how to build an AI agency, you need to know what an AI agency actually is. And you need to start with these two.
3:05 The first one, the one you always start with is who do you serve? Who is your ideal client that you are helping? And what niche or industry are they in? And the reason that this is important and that you don't want to start with the what yet is because you need to focus on the problems. And this is where 90% of AI agencies go wrong. You need to focus on a specific problem that you can solve for that specific client in that specific niche.
3:29 And only after you have done that, that's when you look at what you actually need to sell. And that's why this always is step number two. This is where you can look into chat bots or automations or AI lead magnets. There's a bunch of different AI products that you could sell, but you never want to start with these. is you first need to find the problem that it needs to solve. Let me show you what I mean.
3:53 A lead magnet solves the problems of getting leads. So, this is only viable in industries where getting leads can be tough. A chatbot saves time and it can also save on customer service costs. An automation can organize things, can also create content depending on the automation that you set up. But the problem that you don't want to be making is that you don't want to say, "Okay, now I'm creating chatbots and then I go find someone that needs my chatbot." That's the wrong approach.
4:16 Instead, you find a specific industry with a specific client. You look at them, you find out, okay, what issues are they facing every single day that you could help solve them with. And it's a huge advantage if you already yourself know something about the industry. And the reason for that is because then you know the problems. You know if they have trouble organizing things, you know if they need help creating content or if they are low on time.
4:40 But if you're not an expert yet, then don't worry. You just need to spend that time looking into the industry. Talk with ideal clients. Figure out okay, what issues are they running into on the dayto-day and then focus on solving those problems. That is, if you look at it all basic, the money that you're going to be making is going to come from the problems that you solve. Because when you solve problems, that's why you relieve pain.
5:03 And when you relieve pain, that's when you make money. And this could be the pain of creating content, organizing things, saving on customer cost, saving time. But you just need to focus on the problems first. Let me show you an example. When I started my AI agency, my ideal clients were car detailers. And that was because I was already running ads for these car detailers. So, I knew their problems. And their biggest problem is that they could not sell even if their life depended on it.
5:27 And this is a huge issue because if they can't sell and they are only good at actually doing car detailing, it means that all the leads that I send to them on ads, nothing will happen to them. I was experiencing this problem as well. So that's what I did. I focused on the problem and I figured out that I could install a chatbot that works over SMS to then book people in, do the sales for them so that they don't even have to sell on the phone and just show up for an appointment and make money from it.
5:50 doing that, I was now solving a problem. I wasn't focusing on the chatbot part because this might only have taken me 1 hour to set up. But now, this chatbot is running endlessly. It's solving the problems every single time it runs and it's booking appointments that's ending in sales, which means that I could also charge a bit of money for every sale that they made. And that's called leverage. Because it took me so little time to set this up and it just keeps running.
6:13 I could keep extracting money from the money they were making because I was solving their problem every single day. That's also a mistake that a lot of new AI agencies make when they just start out. They focus on how long it takes. They charge maybe an hourly rate for setting up a chatbot when what they should be selling is the results. They should be selling this, not the chatbot, but this, the money that's going to be made and the problem that they're going to help solve.
6:35 As an example of this, let me show you our best client that we have ever had. At his peak, he was paying us 30k a month from one client. How the [ __ ] is this possible? Well, let me show you. The way we did this is that he had a huge database of old leads that he was doing nothing with. And his problem was he wanted to sell more. So, we looked at, okay, how can we use this database to help them save more?
7:00 Well, we can create a chatbot that can reach out on SMS, find the ones that are interested, set appointments for him so he can make money. Very similar to the detailing. This was however in solar where they can pay a bit more. And at its peak, we were booking 300 appointments a month. So around 10 a day. And from this he was closing onetenth of these which means he closed 30 deals a month which had an average ticket where he made around 5k on each deal which means he was generating 150k every single month.
7:23 Now this 30k a month doesn't seem too bad does it? Because he was making way more money. And that's what we sold him. We didn't sell that he was going to pay us 30k a month. We didn't sell the chatbot that we set up in 10 hours maybe. We sold him on the pain of him needing to sell more. and we sold him of the result which was 300 appointments and from that he knew that he could generate a lot of cash.
7:47 Honestly, you choosing who you work with and what you work with is 80% of your results. Cuz this detailer, I can tell you that much, didn't pay us 30K a month. We chose a different industry where they had a much higher ticket and where they could pay more. And the reason they could do that is because they had larger problems. So spend some time finding out if you already have this advantage of knowing an industry very well and if you're an expert in it, then that's great.
8:10 If not, find an industry that you find interesting, but also has this ideal client with a good niche where they can pay a lot and then find the problems that are inside that industry. Then only after you've found who to help and what industry they're in and the client and you have found the problems that you could help solve with AI, that's when you figure out, okay, what am I actually going to sell? You don't focus on this, you focus on the client first.
8:33 In this challenge, I will show you how to make a chatbot that gets leads, saves time, and also saves on customer service costs. I'll be building a website widget for a real client of mine. This is a car detailing client I've had for almost 2 years, and I'll create a website widget for him. So, you can just copy me. I already know now what problems it will be saving. And the most important one is this point right here of getting leads and getting traction.
8:55 I hope you're excited to get started because I am.
