0:00 It's going to replace so many people, but there are so many opportunities available with AI that won't be around for too much longer. So, every teenager with a webcam and an internet connection has been making AI tutorials and AI videos, but none of them are like this course. I want to build the most comprehensive course to show you exactly how to go from a complete beginner to somebody who's using it themselves to make over $10,000 a month.
0:23 Why? Well, when I was starting out, nobody told me how. I had to guess and make mistakes along the way. Mistakes that really slowed me down. So, I want you to benefit from everything that I've learned because unlike some of the kids making videos, I've been in the space for over seven years. I built and exited my own tech startup, top 100 UK entrepreneur, and now I use those skills to make over seven figures a year with my own AI automation business.
0:47 So, over the next few hours, grab a pen and paper, grab that coffee, lock in, and pay attention. Because if you follow what I cover in this course, step by step, you can get results like Glenn, who sold up five high ticket clients in just a matter of 6 weeks, or like Andrew, who secured over $30,000 in annually recurring revenue in under 3 months, or like Castine, who secured £29,000 and monthly recurring revenue using the systems that I'm going to cover in this video.
1:09 So, that in mind, grab that coffee and let's dive straight in. All right, beautiful people. So this is the best market in the world right now in my opinion and I'm going to show some data to explain why that is. So at the moment AI automations and AI has a 32.9% compounding annual growth rate which means if you just stack up its progress year-over-year that's how much percentage the market is growing. That's really significant because if you and I have a business together, okay, and we own 10% of this market and it is increasing by 32.9%.
1:53 That means that we can do absolutely nothing just maintain our market share and our business will increase and triple every 2.5 years. In other words, we want to be in a fast growing market and this one is exceptional. Also really interesting stat is that 53% of global VC capital is flowing and slushing to AI focused companies and ventures. So it is absolutely the darling child of the investment world at the moment. What is really interesting is that by 2030 it's basically estimated that $15 trillion will be added to the global economy for AI.
2:19 And the other really exciting thing for me is that technology is accelerating. All I do all day every day is air automations. I live in this space constantly and I can tell you the technology is getting better and better and so are the use cases. But here's a crazy thing, right? Is that beginners and I I mean this genuinely like are making $10,000 plus per month. And I know this because I've helped thousands of them do it.
2:41 Uh here's just a flash up of some people that have crushed them. But what's really interesting to me is the fact that people are asleep at the will. I know it's because I was with a dentist recently. They see my braces actually right now, but I was with a dentist recently and she said to me, she said, "Jack, you know, have you ever heard of chat GPT?" I was like, "I've never heard of it. Tell me about it." And you know, she's degree educated.
3:04 I know lots of girls and guys making six figures in the corporate world that just are not using AI. and number of businesses that I see in the thousands of people in my community that going out and speaking to businesses. The education level is really low. And if you're someone watching this video, you're already ahead because you're taking initiative, you're learning, and you're going to crush it, right? But I'm saying most people have no idea what's going on.
3:26 They don't know how to spell AI at the moment. And the other key thing is it's not saturated. Okay? It's very easy to think it's because we exist within a bubble. And if you watch AI content, you're constantly served more AI content in our space. If you talk about something that happened a couple of weeks ago, it may as well be old news, right? In reality, most people don't even understand the basics of this incredible technology.
3:49 Now, here's one of the biggest lessons that I've learned, and that is that most people do not bother. It's very easy. There's a study actually was discussed in the 4-hour work week, and the concept it was simply this. They gave a task to 200 people with very high reward. What ended up happening is nobody did it. And nobody did it because everybody thought that somebody else was doing it. The reality is that most people will never actually be consistent.
4:11 But let me break that down for you just for context. Okay? And I'll put it into perspective. These beautiful uh glasses in reality, okay, of all the people that really get or use or would say they know about AI, the number of them that actually AI automate, in other words, they combine AI with automations is really really really really low. Right? Roughly 2% of total global chatb users pay for plus just to give you some perspective on that.
4:35 Right? And then if you get about the people who watch this video for example, okay, 60% of them are people watch a video but never take action. 30% get started but they get distracted. Maybe they want to get a new fresh beautiful coffee. I can't blame them for that to be honest with you. 7% may get shiny objects syndrome and being consistent but only one out of 100 people will ever be consistent and do the work.
4:35 If you just do the inputs and stick with it, you'll crush it. Now, one of the key things about AI automations in the AI industry is the fact that the value delivery is insane. And by value delivery, I mean like your inputs as a ratio to your outputs. And how valuable the thing is to businesses. We can build dashboards in 20 minutes. It would have cost you six figures in development. Believe me, I paid so much money for developers before.
4:57 I'm telling you, like the stuff you can do, the automations you can do is unbelievable. The other thing is that automations like this quote $20,000 a month for businesses. And we're going to go through it in this video. I'm going to show you step by step all the stuff and things you can sell and how you'd actually do these kind of things. It's insane. Now what's really key to understand is that we s are sitting here between two very very fast growing technologies and industries.
5:19 One is AI. So that's stuff like you've probably seen claude and GPT and image generation models all that sort of stuff. Then we have no code which are tools like make.com like nm that enable us to connect and do many different things like from Google sheets to email to calling APIs and lots of other stuff. And where we're sitting is between those two things. And that's where the extreme value delivery is. And the other cool thing you may have seen this before which is the innovation adoption curve.
5:42 And I want to give you this context that respect for intelligence because I think it's important just to understand the the the macro before we we double click into the micro. Okay. Is this generally speaking when any new technology lands could be a mobile phone could be you know literally anything you see this you have your innovators your top 2.5% that will start using the technology and then early adopters early and then lagards are the guys that really don't want to use the internet don't want to use a phone but they're kind of forced to by society.
6:04 What's really interesting about AI is that you can be an innovator today and a lagard tomorrow because the technology just changes all the time. So essentially what ends up happening is everybody gets pushed over to the right which means it's an incredible time to start learning and understanding AI. And I see my job here is to give you that 20% of the stuff that you actually kind of really need to know that will give you 80% of results.
6:26 So what on earth is the catch cuz this sounds freaking unbelievable right? Well it needs the dirty four-letter word which is if you're not feel it's work. Actually, when I when I met Horos and I was at school games and I met loads of entrepreneurs, the least of whom was making 40k a month and I've been there a few times now. The biggest takeaway I had from that conversation is that I need to do more than do it for that word, which is work.
6:47 None of this works unless you can be consistent and apply and do the actual ABCs. Like you can give the perfect strategy. You could have dropped ways business plan on Google's desk or OpenAI's business plan on anthropics deck and they do nothing because it requires execution. Ideas are worth very little. It's actually all the work. You have to do the work and it's it's difficult. you will be working even in the weekends. This was the one of the things when I first started my own tech startup is I had my day job and then I built my startup in the evenings weekend.
7:10 So I was in Costa Coffee at the weekend drink and I had huge like cups honestly it's like bowls of coffee basically and you're going to be you're going to be doing that which means that you might not be able to make your auntie sister's best friend's daughter's wedding. That's just the trade-off in my opinion. It's worth the trade-off. I I would make that trade every day of the week so you can live like a really cool life and go where you want to and do what you want to do.
7:31 But just for context, you are going to be working even on weekends, especially if you've got a job. And you need to take a long-term perspective. If your mindset is, I need to make money by Tuesday, next Tuesday. And I've seen these people, they won't make it. Rude Hoffman recently said that they said Reed, you know, he's a founder of LinkedIn billionaire. If you had to restart again today, what would you do? And he said, well, I never make anything less than a 10year plan.
7:53 And that's really important perspective when you say, look, whether I win or not, whether it works or not within a couple of days, I'm I'm committed to making this work of the long term. It's actually not that it's going to take you 10 years, but it's that perspective that helps you not get deterred when you hit roadblocks. And again, my job is to make those roadblocks as visible as possible for you and show the roots that I've done helped other people do it so you can certainly crush it.
8:15 But you do need a long-term perspective. Again, I'm just trying to help you win and get you on the right track. And you are going to make mistakes. There's going to be times you're like, "Dude, how the hell does this work?" You're going to fail. You're going to make mistakes. That's good. That's data. That's what we like. And it's normal, as this guy says. He's got a big beautiful colorful jacket like I wear. And it's normal that these things happen.
8:15 But if you stick with it, the rewards will be unbelievable. All right. First concept is the market. Market is like the difficulty setting that you play business on. I must admit my first startup I didn't think too much market. I thought what would be a cool problem to solve and I learned this as I went. But think of it like you know if you're selling print newspaper who's you know as an industry is going down every month that is really difficult.
8:39 Like I said earlier the market is increasing which is kind of like an accelerant. Think of most people who really really crush it. Nobody didn't work hard and crush it but the market is a key thing. So think
