0:00 I will also cover how to use ControlNet to keep things more consistent, and I will show you how I trained Allora online so I can have a consistent character. Let's get started. Z image turbo model or ZIT as people call it on social media is a 6 billion parameter model. At the moment of this recording, only the turbo model is released, but the base and edit models are coming next. So, keep an eye on these. I have a few workflows for it that you can get for free from Discord.
0:47 I am using the BF16 version, but if your video card is not very powerful, you can try the FP8 version. In this workflow, you can have both BF-16 and FP8 versions as an all-in-one model. That means the clip and VAE are included in the checkpoint compared with this one that has them split. I like to use the split version because I learn what a workflow needs, like what clip and VAE to use. But this one produces the same results.
1:11 The models are just combined into one. The FP8 version is smaller, but not always faster. It depends on your system and it can have lower quality compared to BF-16. Let me explain how to set it up. You have everything you need to run the workflow in this Pixarroma note on the left. Download the Z image model and
