Nextech3D.ai is adding agentic AI to its Map D event platform. The update introduces software agents designed to handle planning tasks, content generation, and attendee workflows.

Event organizers evaluating the feature should measure its impact through three practical metrics: reduced coordination time, the accuracy of venue data produced by the system, and the quality of the handoff from the AI agents to human staff.
