Priya, an AI consultant at a small advisory firm.

Priya starts Thursday with a regional logistics client. She has notes from six manager interviews and a call at 9:30. She opens ChatGPT and uses the Client Discovery Basics prompt: 'Summarize these notes into needs, pain points, and open questions. Group them by dispatch, billing, and warehouse.' She gets a one-page brief she can edit before the call.

After the call, she uses Claude for Spotting AI Opportunities. She pastes the brief and asks for realistic use cases tied to late deliveries and invoice exceptions. Claude suggests a route planning assistant and an invoice exception triage helper. She asks it to rank them by effort and client control, then sends the top three to the client lead.

Before lunch, she uses Gemini for Data Readiness Checks. She uploads a sample shipment data dictionary and asks: 'Which fields are missing for route planning? Explain the gaps in plain English for a COO.' Gemini flags missing delivery window and driver shift data. Priya turns that into two slides for the strategy meeting.

In the afternoon, she uses ChatGPT for AI Strategy Drafting. She asks for a phased roadmap with a 90-day pilot, a training plan, and a short executive summary. She edits names, dates, and budget ranges. By 4:30 she has a draft proposal. She uses the time won back to leave on time, walk her dog, and cook dinner with her sister.
