Then she asks ChatGPT to outline a succession planning discussion for the CEO, who plans to retire in about a year and a half. She saves the notes in a folder for the governance committee.

By nine thirty, Priya has a clear page of questions and a calm mind. On Friday she speaks early, asks about the grant timing, and suggests the board review a succession timeline. After the meeting, she walks the river trail before lunch, using the time she would have spent rereading the packet.
