9 lessons · 29 prompts

A day in the life of a Content Creator: what changes with these prompts.

Jae, a YouTube and TikTok creator who reviews budget cooking gadgets.

On a normal Wednesday, Jae wakes up to a blank content calendar. They need two video ideas, a hook for a short, and show notes for last week's podcast. By lunch, they have written three messy drafts and answered a dozen comments. The afternoon disappears into captions and a sponsor email they keep avoiding.

With the course, Jae opens ChatGPT and uses the idea prompt: 'Budget cooking gadgets for small apartments, audience asks about air fryers.' They get ten ideas in a minute. Next, they use the hook prompt for a TikTok about a five-dollar egg cooker. The hook comes back, and Jae tweaks it to sound like them.

After filming, Jae pastes the transcript into Claude and uses the blog and show notes prompt. They get a clean draft with timestamps. Then they use the sponsor pitch prompt in Gemini to draft a friendly email to a pan company they like.

By 3 p.m., Jae has posted, replied to comments, and sent the sponsor email. They use the extra two hours to test a new recipe and film a bonus clip. They end the day with energy left for dinner.
