Introduction and questions

Uh, the whole idea here is these are completely live here to take your questions. Anything having to do with start, build, and grow your education business. Obviously, stuff around AI and community is what we're focused on. And uh any questions that you have, I'm absolutely open to them and um would love to hear what's going on.

Give me a little uh thumbs up on the chat if anything you want to cover. uh cheese uh please make sure that you put it in there and I'll do my best to answer it or at least we can look at it together and figure out which is the best way to approach it because uh the one thing that is for for sure in all of these times even in the last week is that no one has all of the answers for everything.

0:52 Um there's so much going on. It is a super exciting time. Just, you know, two things for me personally in the last week or so. We've had um the uh yesterday was uh the ChatePT Atlas, the browser they launched. Um absolutely wild stuff happening there. I just did a video a couple minutes ago on that one. We had the Claude skills, which I did three videos on. You can actually sell skills now, which is incredibly cool.

1:17 Uh and those are just two in the last five days. So, stuff is happening super quick. and they all have major impacts on anyone who's in uh or education space or is looking to sell education uh content. So, let me know who's here, what's going on, who who wants who's got questions. Um what do you want to cover topics? If you don't have specific questions, but you do have a topic maybe that you want to discuss or go over, we can sort of do that as well.

I've been watching your YouTube videos for quite confused if you should enter into education business or not. Yeah. So, uh let me just let me see if this one works. I've been playing around with this. There we go. Perfect. Street smart labs. Um should I get into the education space? Um and this is a really really important question again in uh in my view and I think it's a decision you have to make uh as a business decision the business decision and this is one of the things that I find on a regular basis is that I talk to a lot of people who have a whole bunch of experience in a particular topic or category uh of topics and what they're thinking about is if I only made a course I could sell my course and uh thinking that and if you go on YouTube or any of the feeds that you get, you're still going to see a lot of people saying, "Hey, create a info product in 12 minutes with AI or use AI to create a course and sell a course." It has been my experience that that is a very difficult thing to do right now without

4:26 spending a whole bunch of money trying to use traditional ways to market it. or you have to have an existing customer base that you can market uh course content uh to. So, you know, if you're thinking about looking at it and just say, I want to try and earn some extra money as a side hustle, a side hustle, and I only have a course. Should I do that? I I don't know if that's a viable option anymore.

4:49 And even after the video that I did about an hour ago, it's even going to get harder and harder to do that. So, my personal kind of look at this and again I covered this all in uh training sites.io and the campus map. Uh I just let me open this up for you. I want you to I'm going to show you something. I want you to just pay attention and see if you actually uh do it.
