Victor Au is a human resources and management professional with about a decade of progressive experience driving organizational success across industries including finance, logistics, real estate, agriculture, hospitality, manufacturing, consulting. Till date he holds the first degree in economics from prestigious subaf ao university great and is currently completing his MBA at the logo state university.

Over the course of his career, he has crossf functional teams, built HR department from the ground up and he served as a head of HR for a pan-African organization with operations across Nigeria, Kenya, Syria, Leon, South Sudan and so on. He currently works as a human capital project manager leading human capital projects across government and private institutions.
