Uh we'll break that down and we'll go through some of the framing context. We want to hear from you throughout. So please keep that chat active. So we started with an exercise of having you introduce yourselves. And if you've been at any of our sessions, you know that that chat is very lively. And we do that purposefully so that this feels like a learning opportunity, a community opportunity because the 200 or so I lost count about 200 people.

All right. introducing ourselves. I'm Brett Christie. I'm VP for educational innovation at Alchemy. I've been in that role for about five years now. And before that, about 25 years in higher education, starting out as a faculty member and then a faculty developer um at the campus level, but also at the Cal State system level.

0:49 I'm excited to be here with you today and with my colleague. Hi everyone. I'm Sarah Wood. I'm director of operations for design services here at Alchemy where I focus on leveraging learning design and AI to help refine our workflows and establish and ensure operational standards as well as kind of drive continuous improvement. I've been in educational content development and learning design for about 25 years now and worked in various leadership roles where I've organized workflows, mentored teams and generally helped to make sure that educational content meets the needs of institutions and students.
