The Small-Channel Advantage Nobody Talks About
Why starting small is an advantage, and which AI traps get channels banned.
- Fake screenshots mislead beginners; focus on real, repeatable systems
- Small channels can win by being the original source in a niche
- AI misuse can get channels banned if you skip disclosure or originality
| Myth | Reality |
|---|---|
| You need a big camera | Start with what you have |
| Big channels are unbeatable | Small channels are closer to the audience |
Do this in your own tools, step by step. Ticks are saved on this device.
What is the instructor's main warning about fake screenshots?
They create false expectations and do not prove a working system
Why can a small channel be an advantage?
It can be the original source and feel closer to viewers
00:00 This is the full course on how to start a YouTube channel with CloudAI in 2026. And this is going to be useful for you whether you're a complete beginner or you're someone who's already very experienced with YouTube. And I promise by the end of this, you're going to have a complete system not only to get a bunch of views on YouTube, but much more importantly to actually make money and do it in a way where Cloud AI does the lion share of the heavy lifting for you. Now, quickly before we get into this, I
00:23 just want to show you why you should actually listen to me on this. So, this is my main channel, and you can see that in the lifetime of the channel, just from AdSense alone, I've made over $1.8 million. Now, this is a fraction of the total amount of money that I've made just from this channel alone. I've launched two separate businesses from this channel, and I've made well over $10 million from all different types of monetization sources. And as you're
00:45 going to see pretty soon, AdSense is just a small fraction of the pie of the different ways that you can make money on YouTube. Now, I'll also go ahead and show you how much I've made just this last 28 days. I've made about $60,000 over the last 28 days. And that's not even the best month I've ever had. The best month ever was over $70,000. Again, just in AdSense alone. Now, let me do something really quick because there is a lot of fake screenshots out there. I'm
01:09 going to go to settings. I'm going to change US dollar to new Taiwan dollar. Click save. And you are going to see that it's now significantly bigger, right? It's a lot more money now. Then I'm going to go to settings again and I'm going to go ahead and change it to Jamaican dollar. As you can see, it's a lot more as well.
01:35 I'm going to go to settings again and I'm going to change it back to the US dollar. So, you might see a lot of fake screenshots on places like Instagram from people who basically don't even know how to make money on YouTube, but they know how to change the source code or they know how to change the dollar amount in the settings and they basically just pretend like they're making a bunch of money. But, as you can see, this is the real deal. And I'll go
01:58 ahead and refresh the screen as well. And there you go. It's still $60,000. Now, most of the people who teach how to do YouTube are people who have never actually grown a YouTube business or in many cases even a big YouTube channel outside of just teaching YouTube alone. I myself on the other hand grew a multiple sevenfigure business before I
02:21 ever taught a single person how to do YouTube. And so, you're going to be learning this directly from someone who's actually grown a successful business from YouTube and someone who continues to do it as well. So whether you're a business owner yourself who wants to grow on YouTube, or you're a YouTuber who's getting a lot of views, but you're struggling with monetization, or you're a YouTuber who's crushing it, but you want to crush it even harder, or you're a nurse, or an engineer, or a doctor, or someone working in tech, or
02:44 someone working in finance, or someone working in business, or just a total beginner in general that wants to do a side hustle, or you're someone who's starting over at 50, this course is going to teach you the exact way to grow your YouTube channel and make money as quickly as possible. I'm going to be teaching you a very specific way of doing YouTube that almost nobody else teaches where it doesn't require you to have a lot of views as well. In fact, one of our clients, Carla, closed a
03:06 six-figure contract. She made $106,000 even though her channel was only about 1,500 subscribers. And most of her videos get 100 to 200 views max. And this is also coming from someone who came from traditional education and traditional corporate world. I went $300,000 in debt to get a doctorate and then I got a six-figure pharmacy job where I was completely burnt out. And I built this YouTube channel and this YouTube business on the side originally to make the channel that I wish I had
03:30 when it came to giving advice on careers when I was first thinking of should I get a college degree, what college should I go to, and what career should I go down as well. And like I said before, I built this channel to over 1.6 million subscribers and more than $10 million in total revenue. And I've repeated the process on many other channels as well. And I've now helped over a,000 people do the exact same thing in my community. And just so you know that I'm not cherry-picking the winners and
03:51 highlighting them, I literally picked a random 50-year-old in my family, my brother Zach, and I showed him this system and we blew up his channel in less than a month. He went from zero to a full-time income in under one month. And his very first video that he posted on the channel blew up and got over 800,000 views. So, this system works whether you're young or you're old, whether you're already a business owner or you're someone who's just looking to start a side hustle, whether you're
04:14 already successful on YouTube or you're starting as a complete beginner. And don't worry because I am not trying to sell you anything with this video. I have a very simple business model. I give away all the information for free and I sell the implementation. So the only people that ever work with me are people who want to work with my team one-on-one for us to either do it for them, literally grow their channel for them, or work very closely with them to help them monetize their channel better.
04:35 And there's been many people that have gotten results just with my free content alone. In fact, some of the AI tools that I made, which I'm going to be showing you later on, have literally gotten thousands of compliments from people saying that it helped them to pick their niche or helped them to make money. And just as an example of someone who was incredibly successful with this exact system from my free content alone, Isaiah was able to make it to over $20,000 in a single month just from watching my free videos, downloading my
04:59 free resources, which I'll have in the description in the pin comment below. Should be the third link down there, and attending one of my free live trainings. Right? So Isaiah went from being burned out hating his sales job to making over $20,000 in a single month just from the free content alone. But this is the first time that I've ever put all of my free content into one course for you to watch all in order and conveniently put together. All right, time out. Time out,
05:21 guys. This is the studio and we are getting ready for the free live training that we're having this week on how to grow your YouTube channel and your personal brand using Cloud AI. So, we're very, very excited to do this live training, right? This is the studio. This is what it all looks like. This is the TV that I have behind the camera as well. And we're very, very excited to do this live training here. We're going to be teaching you, even if you're a
05:43 complete beginner, exactly how to start on YouTube, specifically growing your personal brand on YouTube and growing an educational channel where you can actually help other people in the world and doing it in a reasonable amount of time, like a side hustle amount of time, 15 to 30 minutes a day in many cases to start growing your YouTube channel and making money. And I'll be answering questions before, during, and after. So, you'll get to meet me. I'll answer a bunch of your questions. You'll get to meet a bunch of case studies of people
06:05 that have had success in our community. And I'll be giving away an AI that helps you pick your niche in the first place if you don't have one already, or if you already have one, it'll help you make it 10 times better. So, this is an incredible AI. We've gotten hundreds of comments from people that say this is like the best thing they've ever used. So, do not miss out on this AI. With that being said, if you're watching this video in the future for whatever reason and you're wondering, you know, hey, I
06:27 think I missed the live training, still click on that link because we will automatically put you on a wait list to attend the next live training that we do. And with that being said, looking forward to see you. Click that link in the description, the pin comment below, and I'll see you on the other side. Now, one thing that I want to say really quickly, I am going to show you how to use AI to make content on YouTube and to make money from it. With that being said, I am not advocating that you make AI slop and spam the internet with it.
06:49 That is not what this is all about and that's not what I'm going to be teaching you in this course. AI is an incredibly useful tool, but if you try to make AI do all of the work, it's going to end up making AI slop. It likely will get no views. Even if it does get views, YouTube will likely ban you or demonetize you. And even if YouTube doesn't ban you or demonetize you, it's going to be very easy for anyone to just copy you. So, that is not a smart business model, and that is not what I'm
07:11 going to be teaching you. Instead, I'm going to be teaching you how to use YouTube to get views and make money with the knowledge that you already have. But more on that later. The whole point is don't try to use Claude to replace you. Use Claude to multiply you. Now, every single claim in this course goes on screen with a source and receipts. I'm also going to show you a bunch of different case studies of people that we've helped grow their YouTube channel. And we've helped make anywhere from a
07:33 tiny amount of money, like a side income, making 1 to 2,000 a month all the way to people that we've helped make multiple 8 figures a year. So, all the modules I'm going to put up on the screen, and there's going to be timestamps in the description below. This course is a massive amount of work. So, if you appreciate me making this type of content and you want to see me make more of it in the future, then let me know by gently cheersing that like button and let's dive into it right now. Now, before we get in, I'm going to
07:56 assume that you have absolutely zero knowledge in this course, right? I'm going to show you every single screen, every single click, every single prompt, everything that you need to do with Claude. And so, if you're brand new, perfect. But if you're further along, I promise you that you're making a bunch of mistakes that this course is going to fix. I have seen even people who are incredibly advanced with over a million subscribers that have made millions and millions of dollars on YouTube making a bunch of mistakes that they wouldn't
08:19 have made if they watch this course. With that being said, I do recommend going through the whole thing in order because the modules stack on each other. But do me one favor before we start. Comment the date that you're starting this course. Today's date and one comment. Because one, if you actually engage with this course as you go through it, you're significantly more likely to get results. Scientific studies have shown that if you actually engage while you're learning, you're
08:42 much more likely to remember things and you're much more likely to follow through and much more likely to actually achieve the outcomes that you want to get. And the second reason I want you to do this is because months from now when your channel is real, you're going to come back to that comment and I want the receipts waiting for you, right? And all I ask is that when you get results, I want you to go back to that comment, that day one comment that you made, and share your results and your updates with everyone else. That's all I ask of you.
09:05 Now, another thing that I highly recommend that you do is that you actually bookmark this video, save it somewhere, you know, save to your watch later, whatever you prefer to do because chances are you're not going to finish it in one session or even if you do finish it in one session, you're going to want to reference it later on. With that being said, let's get into module zero. And this is the 2026 window. So, before you touch a camera or niche, you need to understand why right now is the
09:28 strangest and best moment in YouTube history to start. Now, let me explain it with a camera that you've never used. When the original Kodak camera came out over a hundred years ago, photography flipped overnight. Before it, the only people making money with pictures were technicians. The people who knew how to use chemicals and the plates and all the difficult stuff that probably would take you years to master. And after that camera came out, anyone could take a
09:51 picture. So, who made the money then? Well, before the only people who could make money were the ones that were technical enough to take pictures. But after that, the only people that were making money were the people who had something worth taking a picture of. And that is exactly what Claude just did to YouTube. The general information that people used to share on YouTube, well, anyone can just look it up in 5 seconds, so it's worthless now. But your wisdom, your experience, the thousands of hours
10:13 that you've already put into your job, your skill, your weird hobby, you cannot look that up. Information became free, which made wisdom expensive. And I can tell you that 5 years ago, the technical side of YouTube was significantly more difficult than it is now. It truly would take a lot of dedication and a lot of follow-through in order to even just set up a camera the correct way so that you could record decent videos. And it would
10:36 likely take you an entire day just to write one decent script. But Claude and the new advancements in technology have completely leveled the playing field. And now the people that are making the most money on this platform in 2026 are the people who actually have something worth saying. And Claude is the machine that gets that wisdom out of your head and into the world. And if you're sitting there thinking, "Well, Shane, I don't have anything worth saying." Hold that thought because module one is going
10:58 to embarrass you. I promise you that you do have something worth saying and something worth sharing. Now, let's talk about why YouTube and not Tik Tok or Instagram or any of the other ones. And it's one word, permanence. A short form post is going to be dead in 48 hours. But a YouTube video works for years. In fact, I have a video that I posted about 6 years ago just recently got me an agency client that signed for a
11:20 six-figure contract. So, every single video that you upload sits there for years getting you views, getting you subscribers, and making you money, right? Every single video that you make is like a little piece of digital real estate. It's almost like hiring an employee, and it's just going to sit there making you money passively for who knows how long. I have friends who post on YouTube over 10 years ago, and they still have videos that are getting them sales. So, another way of thinking about this is every single video is like
11:43 hiring an employee that you never have to pay. They work 24/7. They never take a break. They never take a day off. and their only goal is to get you views, get you subscribers, and make you money. So, you upload it once and it can pay you for the rest of your life. Just as an example of this, the organic chemistry tutor has 10.9 million subscribers and 1.7 billion views. And you know how many videos he's uploaded in the last few months? Zero. The man clocked out and
12:07 his math videos are still punching in every single day. So, according to Vid IQ, he's making $68,000 a month just from AdSense alone. And according to view stats, he's making 26 to $74,000 a month again just from AdSense alone. And he hasn't posted a video in 159 days. So his library of videos are just sitting there getting him views, getting him
12:29 subscribers, and making him money without him lifting a finger. And again, this is just AdSense alone. This is likely a very small portion of his total earnings because, as we're going to talk about later, AdSense is a small slice of the pie if you build your channel the correct way. Now, if you want an even fresher example, there's a creator called Outdoor Boys, who quit YouTube in May of last year at 15 million subscribers. And in the year after he
12:52 quit, the channel gained almost 5 million more subscribers and 700 million more views. So, he stopped, but the videos didn't. And that is what an asset looks like. Short form is a paycheck, and not a really big paycheck at that, but YouTube is a portfolio. It is an investment that's going to compound in the future. So, the way I'm going to teach it, every other platform exists to point people at your YouTube channel
13:14 because YouTube is the money maker, right? It's the mothership. And you kind of want to think about it like this. I'm going to teach you to make YouTube content and then you can automatically syndicate that content to all of the other platforms. This is exactly what I do. I put most of my focus on YouTube because YouTube is the money maker and then I syndicate that content to other platforms. And I'm going to teach you how to do that later on in the course. Now, another thing I want to say about YouTube. If you're doing any other side
13:36 hustle out there, any business, any side hustle, any way of making money online, not only is YouTube incredible for getting clients and making sales directly and basically just making money directly, but indirectly it's even better. Any other method that you're doing to get sales or clients, for instance, cold outreach or paid ads, all those other methods are going to be made two to three times better when you make your YouTube channel, when you establish
13:58 yourself as an authority on YouTube. Think about it. If people are thinking of working with you, they're going to look you up on Google. What's going to pop up at the top of Google? Your YouTube channel. Because Google owns YouTube. Plus, because of the fact that Google owns YouTube, Google now has the data to know that that person is in market to buy something similar to what you offer. And so, [clears throat] they're likely going to start getting shown your videos as well. And this is not me just making it up off the top of
14:20 my head. We have seen countless times people who run paid ads, for instance, their rorowaz or their return on ad spend can go up as much as 30 to 100% with a small YouTube channel. And sometimes with a larger YouTube channel, it can go up by as much as 100 to 300%. So YouTube, in my opinion, is without a doubt the best social media platform and one of the best decisions you can make no matter what you're planning on doing in the future. Because all the different
14:43 business models, all the different side hustles out there work, but they all need one thing, and that is traffic. And YouTube is without a doubt the best form of traffic on the internet. And we'll get into why that is in more detail later on. Now, additionally, the direct benefits that you get from YouTube, actually making money, are incredible. But in my opinion, the indirect benefits that you can get from YouTube are even better. When you establish yourself as
15:05 an authority on YouTube, you basically become a mini celebrity in your niche. All of a sudden, people will start inviting you to speak on stage. For instance, I've gotten invited to masterminds that typically cost people $50,000 plus completely free. Opportunities will start popping up for you. Big names will start reaching out to you. I got to meet people that wouldn't have given me the time of day if I didn't have a massive YouTube channel. I also got an opportunity to get equity in a company that might get
15:27 sold for hundred a million or even a billion dollars and I'm on their board of adviserss and it's all because of YouTube. And there's also lots of people in our community that have gotten job offers for their dream job because of their YouTube channel. And honestly, that's just the tip of the iceberg. We'll talk about more examples later on, but the indirect benefits that you can get from YouTube are honestly even bigger than the direct ones. But with that being said, module zero is done.
15:50 You now know why you need to start now, why YouTube, and all the direct and indirect benefits of doing YouTube. So now, let me prove that the system works with people who are not me. Now, throughout this course, I'm going to show you a lot of community members getting crazy results with YouTube. And you might be thinking, Shane, are you just cherrypicking the winners? And that's fair. That's a fair criticism, but no. And honestly, a lot of our most successful members you will never see
16:12 because they don't want their channel in marketing material where competitors can study them and copy them. And we respect that. So, instead, let me show you what happened when I grabbed a random 50-year-old out of my own family and ran this exact system on him. It's my brother Zach. He was working in the trades and the trades were wearing down his body. And he wanted to make money without using his body. And he came to me asking for advice. And he thought I was going to recommend that he gets a
16:33 remote job or some kind of cushy office job or some sort of online certification. And I said, "No, you should start a YouTube channel." And he was very reluctant. Every excuse started popping up in his head. I'm too old for YouTube, right? Nobody wants to listen to a 50-year-old. I've never made a video in my entire life, etc., etc. But I dragged him into YouTube anyways, and he had zero subscribers, zero experience, and he'd never edited a video in his entire life. And in less
16:56 than one month, he went from zero to a full-time income. And by day 29, he had a $214 AdSense day. That's a $78,000 a year run rate. So, he literally went from zero to a full-time income in less than one month. And just last year, to finish off the year, he had an over $18,000 month. and I documented every step of it publicly on this channel as it happened. So, no, I'm not asking you
17:18 to trust me. The receipts have been up for a year now. Zach's first real video took off fast. And I need to be straight with you, that is not everyone. For some people, it's going to be video five or 10 or 20 plus videos before the first one takes off. But when that first video takes off, your channel is going to change forever because it's going to send views to your older videos, and those videos will start to take off as well. And we also have a system for
17:40 catching the wave and making the most whenever a video does take off. But like I said, it may take many videos. And that's why the system is designed for pivots. If your first video idea doesn't hit, you just adjust. You try different angles. And when something works, you double down on it. So YouTube is a game where the only way that you can lose is if you stop uploading. And when that first video finally pops, something beautiful happens that nobody warns you
18:02 about. I call it the popcorn bag effect. So you know how popcorn works, right? You put it in the microwave and nothing happens. Then a lot more nothing and then nothing and then even more nothing and then one kernel pops and then all of a sudden it's just like pop pop and the whole bag goes off. Your first hit video is going to send viewers to your old videos and videos that were dead for weeks or months suddenly come
18:25 alive. And it happened on this exact channel. I posted a video called top five college degrees that are actually worth it and it sat there dead for a very long time. And then finally I posted another video called the most useless degrees. That video took off. It blew up, got over 4.4 million views, and then all of a sudden, my top five college degrees that are actually worth it video finally took off and it ended up getting over a million views. Now, one more receipt because this one kills
18:48 the biggest excuse in the game. You might think that you need to buy your way to the results. You don't. Isaiah, for instance, is a vocal coach. I mentioned him before and he had been trying to blow up his coaching business for nearly a decade and he spent over 40 grand on courses that went nowhere. He spent a bunch of money on paid ads as well. and he never had anything that made enough money that allowed him to quit his job. But all he did is he just watched my YouTube content, used the
19:10 resources that I have in the description in the pin comment below and he attended my free live training and he was able to make it to $20,000 in a single month. So the free stuff works and people tell us this every single week and the win wall just goes on and on and on. So along with going through this course, I highly recommend you attend my free live training and that'll be the first link in the description in the pin comment below. All right, YouTube just got 10
19:34 times easier and nobody is talking about it. You used to need an entire film crew and it used to be a full-time job for you to just do any work at all on YouTube. But now you can get work done in as little as 15 to 30 minutes a day and you can actually grow a fulltime YouTube channel. That's exactly what I'm going to be talking about at the live training that we're doing this week. Exactly how to grow your YouTube
19:56 channel. So click the link in the description in the pin comment below to check that out. Guys, I will be answering questions before, during, and after the live training. It's completely free. Plus, I'll be giving away an AI that is designed to help you pick your niche if you don't have one in the first place, or if you already have a niche. It's going to help you make it 10 times better. So, really looking forward to talking with you guys. This is stuff that we never talked about before. So, click that link in the description
20:19 below, and I look forward to seeing you there. All right, now let's start with module one. And the big theme of this module is that you are the source. Now, here's where most channels die before video one, and that is the niche. And I'm going to tell you the exact two ways that people screw this up. Way number one is they chase somebody else's niche, right? They see a finance channel printing money, so they start a finance channel themselves, knowing absolutely
20:41 nothing about finance, right? We had a member come to us wanting to teach penny stocks and she had just started trading penny stocks. She barely understood them herself. But you know what? She actually had decades of grant writing experience. She had literally spent thousands, maybe even tens of thousands of hours writing successful grants. So, she was sitting on an absolute gold mine trying to dig a hole in someone else's yard. And we told her, of course, to not do the penny
21:04 stock thing lovingly. And we encouraged her to make grant writing content instead. Now, way number two that people mess this up is they think they have nothing, right? They think, "I'm not an expert. My job is boring. Nobody would want to watch me. I have nothing to teach people." We worked with a guy who wanted to do random trendy stuff. He had shiny object syndrome to the extreme, right? He always thought the grass was greener on the other side. But when I actually interviewed him, it turned out
21:27 that he'd made millions with an Amazon FBA business. And he was also an expert on getting loans for your business, right? But he didn't count that because other people had made more on Amazon FBA and other people might have been even bigger experts on getting loans for their businesses. And he thought that it was just common sense, right? So what you need to realize is what's common sense to you is a superpower to somebody else. And I'd say in over 90% of cases
21:51 of our successful students, their niche was already inside of them. It was already buried in their past, the career that they spent a bunch of time on, right? Because you are the source. You've already spent thousands of hours getting good at something. Your job, your trade, your hobby, problems that you've had that you've overcome in your past, passions that you've had that you've spent thousands of hours doing, things that you've done since you were a child, things that people always come to
22:13 you asking for help with. Which means you're not starting at the start line, you're starting near the finish line. You don't have to spend thousands of hours to start a successful side hustle or business. You're already right there near the finish line. All you need to do is take the knowledge that you already have, film it, package it the right way, and put it on YouTube. And I can hear you, Shane. My thing is too boring. It's too niche. There's no way there's a channel in it. Well, watch this. Steven
22:37 is an engineer. He teaches one piece of CAD software, which is called Semens NX. Now, it sounds ridiculous, right? You couldn't possibly make money with that. Well, he'd spent thousands of hours mastering this software because he was in a very niche type of engineering. And so what did he do? He made a YouTube channel teaching other people this software, and he made over $12,000 in just a few months. Josh started making really useful videos in IT and cyber
23:00 security, which is the stuff that he already knew how to do from his job. And he made it to over $185,000 in a single month. Nicole teaches a very niche type of cyber security called GRC, which is governance, risk, and compliance. This is the corner of cyber security that most people can't even spell and most people would probably fall asleep if she tried to explain it to them at a dinner party. And she'd also become successful in GRC as a woman in a male-dominated field. So what' she do? She made content
23:24 that was targeted at helping women specifically get into GRC. And she made it to $80,000 in a single month. Antoine helps African-Americans land high-paying tech sales jobs. Why? Because he was an African-Amean who was incredibly successful in tech sales and he made it to over $100,000 in a single month. Waqen helps foreign exchange students get into elite universities in the United States. Why? Because he was a foreign exchange student that got into
23:47 an elite university in the United States. And he made $80,000 in a single month after launching his program. Jyn is a nurse and her entire channel is literally the questions that patients ask her every single day at her job. And she was watching a video just like you are a few months ago wondering if it was going to work for her. She'd literally never started a YouTube channel in her entire life. And after monetizing her channel, she made $6,000 in the first
24:09 month after monetizing, then $8,000. Then I just talked to her a few weeks ago. She made $10,000 just from AdSense alone in a single month. Plus, she's getting sponsorships and brand opportunities as well. Scotty Kilmer spent decades fixing cars, then just started saying what he knew into a camera and he became one of the biggest car channels on Earth and one of the funniest as well. And that's one thing I'll say is I do teach people to make
24:32 educational content, but that doesn't mean that you can't make your content entertaining. Scotty Kilmer is a very funny guy and he puts a bunch of jokes in his content as well. And he was able to make $24 million on YouTube. And he even said that he made more in one month on YouTube than he saved in his entire 40-year career as a mechanic. Sean figured out how to make money with Kindle Direct Publishing or Amazon KDP. And when we first started working with
24:54 him, he was already making $30,000 a month. So, he was already doing really well. We helped him scale all the way to over $500,000 in a single month. Thomas taught busy French dads over the age of 40 like CEOs, doctors, executives, business owners, etc., how to lose belly fat so that they could have more energy, so they could spend more quality time with their family. And it is so specific that it sounds like a joke, but he got that business to 8 figures and he later
25:17 sold it. Kennedy and Damian helped people build their ideal Christian relationships and find their kingdom partners and they made it to a full-time income from YouTube. Far teaches people how to manifest their goals and she made it to a full-time income on YouTube. Cheryl guides people through spiritual awakenings and she was posting for years on YouTube with almost zero results. And very shortly after starting with us, she had her first 100,000 view video and she
25:39 started actually making money. Nathan Rose teaches chess. Yeah, literally the game chess and he makes a full-time income teaching people how to play chess better. Specifically, he teaches adult learners how to get to a 2,000 online rating. And Felix teaches options investing. and he was already a very accomplished entrepreneur, but we helped him get to tens of millions of dollars a year with his channel. And it is not just our community. This pattern built
26:02 some of the biggest channels on earth. For instance, there was a broke physics tutor in India living in his parents' basement who started filming the lessons that he was already tutoring people on. And that person was named Physics Walla, also known as Alak Pandi. and those crappy videos that he recorded in his parents' basement that looked like they were recorded with a potato started a YouTube channel that launched a business called PhysicsWala that was valuated at $5.2 billion. And by the way, he is very
26:28 likely richer than Mr. Beast, especially considering the fact that he could actually sell his app, whereas Mr. Beast would have a very difficult time selling his products and services that he has on his channel. And Mr. Beast has publicly stated that he loses money on his channel every single year, whereas Physics Walla is actually making money. And by the way, as a side note, that is the power of making educational content where you're actually solving people's problems, which we'll get into here in a
26:50 bit because that is the type of YouTube channel that I teach people how to make. And then there was a Sydney high school math teacher who hit record on his normal class for one sick kid who couldn't attend, Eddie Woo, and he has 1.9 million subscribers. And he hasn't talked about how much money he's making, but I bet he's making a bunch of money considering I've worked with other people in similar niches. Then there's a working lawyer who filmed on nights and weekends about the thing that he did all day, Legal Eagle, and he now has the
27:13 biggest law channel on the planet, and he sends massive amounts of leads to his law firm. And then there was a woman named Laya Gani who spent 15 years in corporate finance, and she started teaching Excel on YouTube. Yes, Excel, the spreadsheets. And she got 3 million subscribers. And she's publicly stated that she makes over $3 million a year. And she did all of this because she taught something that she already knew how to do, which is the Excel software. Then there was a chef who ran the same
27:36 restaurant for 22 years. And he started his channel at 68 years old, Chef John Pierre, and he has 2 million subscribers in about four years. So, jobs, trades, hobbies, health, relationships, spirituality, chess, it just goes on and on. I could do this all day if you want, but I think you get the point. And are you seeing it right? There is no boring niche. There are only channels that haven't connected their knowledge to the
27:59 right audience yet. And if your first reaction is, "But I'm not the best in the world at my thing," you don't need to be. You can teach beginners as someone a few steps ahead of them, right? If you're a three out of 10 at something, you can teach a 1 out of 10 how to get to three out of 10. If you're a 5 out of 10, you can teach a three out of 10 how to get to 5 out of 10, and so on. And in fact, people who are 10 out of 10 at something usually are really
28:21 bad at teaching beginners. So, you are very likely better at teaching beginners or intermediates if you're someone who's just pretty good at the thing, right? There's probably people who are better in the world at Excel than Leila Gani, but it didn't matter because she was the best at teaching beginners and intermediates how to use Excel. Now, the smart way to set this up, because this is where my method splits from every other guru out there, is called the hybrid personal brand method. Yes, you
