Priya, a career coach with a solo practice and twelve active clients.

Priya starts Thursday with a client named Daniel. He is applying for an operations manager role at a regional hospital after eleven years in clinic administration and a two-year caregiving gap. She opens ChatGPT and uses the Resume Review & Rewriting prompt. She pastes his rough notes, adds the job posting, and asks for bullet points that show scheduling, budget, and staff training. The first draft is close, so she edits two lines and sends it to Daniel before lunch.

Next she prepares Rosa for an interview at a software company. Rosa freezes when asked about conflict. Priya uses the Interview Prep & Mock Interviews prompt in Claude with the role, the team size, and three real situations Rosa shared. Claude builds role-specific questions and a simple story structure. Priya runs a fifteen-minute mock interview, pauses at the weak spots, and sends Rosa a practice plan.

After lunch, Priya uses Gemini for Marcus, who wants to move from retail management to project coordination. She runs the Job Search Plans prompt with his target cities, salary range, and the fact that he can only apply on weekends. The plan groups twenty-five companies by fit and gives him a weekly checklist. Later she uses the Client Communication & Admin prompt to draft follow-ups for three sessions and a proposal for a new client.

By four o'clock, Priya has done the work that usually takes until seven. She checks the drafts, adds her own notes, and schedules them to send in the morning. She closes her laptop, takes her dog for a longer walk, and cooks dinner without rushing. The time she won back goes to her own rest and to the coaching work that only she can do.
