A day in the life of a Paid Media Specialist: what changes with these prompts.

Priya, a paid media specialist at a small agency.

Priya starts Wednesday with three campaigns to check. One client sells ergonomic office chairs and wants more demo bookings. The search campaign has a new ad group that is not spending, and the social campaign has a headline that feels flat. She opens ChatGPT and uses the Campaign Setup And Structure prompt to review the ad group names and find the mismatch. In ten minutes she has a cleaner naming plan and a short pre-launch checklist.

Next she uses the Ad Copy And Creative prompt in Claude. She gives the chair client's tone, the offer, and the audience: office managers who sit for long hours. Claude returns five headlines and two hooks. Priya keeps two headlines, rewrites one to sound less pushy, and sends the brief to the designer.

After lunch she uses the Performance Monitoring prompt in Gemini. She pastes the week's metrics with the client name removed. Gemini summarizes the drop in clicks and suggests three possible causes: a bid change, a new competitor, or ad fatigue. Priya checks the change history and finds a bid adjustment from Monday. She fixes it and notes the cause for the client update.

By 4:30 she uses the Reporting And ROI prompt to turn the numbers into a short client note. She explains what changed, what she did, and what she will watch next. Then she closes her laptop. The time she won back goes to her daughter's soccer practice and a proper dinner, not more tabs.
