Long videos and accessing Veo 3

I was working on a project when I figured out how to use V3 to create long videos with consistent characters. Now, V3 has a flow feature that can be used to make long videos. But the problem is it only works with V2. And with V2, the visuals are not high quality and there's no sound, making it a pretty terrible feature to use.
