0:00 So, if you own a restaurant or you want to train your staff how to have great communication skills to develop your employees, I want to show you some AI tools right now that will help you build out your team, help you build out your systems, and ultimately help you build out your guest experience, get the hospitality experience, and make hospitality your weapon. So, in this video, I want to show you what AI tools you can use to develop your staff, your leadership team, and how they can guest recover at the highest level possible, but they can also hold people accountable across the board with ease.
0:46 And I'm going to show you how to do that. So, we have this leadership uh trainer tool. This is so freaking cool, okay? Because you can literally click it and you can say uh it says begin uh it says press the voice button icon below and say let's get started. Now, it'll ask you right now, okay? So, this is leadership trainer. Okay, so this is where you're going to train your leadership team on how to start having great great communication skills with your staff.

Cuz right now, if you're going to put this in front of themselves, they're going to play with it for like 15 minutes, and then they're never going to look at it again. Again, if you have an A player, sure, they might jump in it.

That's why we fail so much as leaders. If we try and talk to them and communicate with them our style versus understanding their style and talking to them that way, right? If we understand, pretend like they're a puzzle, right?
2:19 If we understand the puzzle, we understand the code, then we can help communicate with them better. But if when we try and force a square peg in a circle hole, we get diminished results. A new host who's nervous and eager may need encouragement and structure. A veteran bartender may want autonomy and trust. A stressed line cook needs might need calm emotional regulation from you before they can even hear feedback. That's where emotional intelligence and adaptive leadership
