A day in the life of a Demand Generation Manager: what changes with these prompts.

Priya, a demand generation manager at a scheduling software company that sells to small clinics.

Priya runs demand generation for a scheduling tool used by small clinics. On Wednesday morning she has a campaign brief due for a spring webinar, a list of 1,800 clinic contacts she cannot paste anywhere, and a sales team asking why last month's leads went quiet.

She opens Claude and uses the campaign planning prompt. She types the goal, the webinar date, the offer and the three channels she can actually manage, then asks for a brief, four angles and a four-week calendar. The first draft is close enough to edit, and she trims two ideas that do not fit the audience. Next she uses the persona prompt with notes from sales calls, not the contact list, and gets three persona sketches. She rewrites the one about office managers who still book appointments by hand.

After lunch she uses the nurture email prompt to plan a five-email sequence and asks for three subject lines for each one. Then she runs the performance analysis prompt on last month's numbers, pasted as plain totals with no names. She asks what likely went wrong between the first email and the demo request and gets a short list of things to check. She sends two of them to the sales lead as questions, not conclusions.

By four o'clock the brief is with her designer, the sequence is in review, and she has a note for the sales standup. She uses the last hour to walk to the coffee shop and think about the offer for the next campaign, which is the part of the job she actually likes.
