The finding comes as vendors expand AI Agents & Automation tools for front-desk operations. Talkie.ai released Smart Personalization, Conversational Scheduling, and Outbound Caller Agents this week. Ambience Healthcare expanded chart-aware capabilities across inpatient settings, and CharmHealth launched an enterprise care coordination platform for large medical groups.

Partnerships and Market Expansion

Teladoc Health is now available through Walmart's Better Care Services platform at $89 per virtual visit. The move brings telehealth into a major retail channel and expands access beyond traditional healthcare networks.

DeepIntent, a demand-side advertising platform, partnered with Lane4.io for EHR and health media advertising. The company also partnered with epocrates, an athenahealth subsidiary, to place point-of-care ads directly into clinical workflows.
