The short version
- We collect what we need to set Complete AI Training up for your job and run your membership: your email, your name, your answers to the setup questions and what you do on the site.
- We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising.
- Payments go through Stripe; we never see your full card number. Signing in with Google or LinkedIn only gives us your name and email address.
- Your AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude and others) is run by another company. We only receive what it asks our service for, never your conversations.
- You can see, correct, export or delete your information: email us.
Who is responsible
Complete AI Training is a service of Nexibeo Limited, 20th Floor, Central Tower, 28 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong ("we", "us"). We are responsible for your personal information as described here. Questions or requests: contact@completeaitraining.com.
This policy covers completeaitraining.com, your account and dashboard, our emails, and the connection to your AI assistant. It is part of our terms of service.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and name, and when you created your account and last signed in.
- Setup answers: your job, your main tasks and goals, which AI assistants you use and how, and how much time you want to spend each day. We save these as soon as you give your email in the setup questions, so you can continue later even if you don't finish.
- Membership: your plan, its status and renewal date, and the customer number Stripe gives us. Stripe handles your card details; we never see your full card number.
- What you do on the site: courses and lessons you follow, exam answers and results, certificates, favorites, ideas and items you save, your weekly review (categories and counts only), and your email settings.
- Your AI connection: the personal keys and connected apps on your account, and the requests your AI assistant sends to our service, such as a search for a skill or prompt, a quiz answer or a completed task. We do not receive your conversations with your assistant.
- Business plans: who belongs to a team and their progress, which the team's admin can see (see "Who can see what" below).
- From our other systems: certificates and favorites you collected on our earlier certificate and favorites pages are kept and linked to your account by email address.
- Technical information: your IP address and browser details, which our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the site. We use IP addresses briefly to limit sign-in attempts.
- When you contact us: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or a form, such as an Enterprise request.
Signing in with Google or LinkedIn
If you choose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with LinkedIn", we receive your name, your email address and whether that email address is verified. We use them only to sign you in and to create or find your account. We don't receive your password, contacts, files or posts, we never post anything for you, and we don't share this information or use it for advertising.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove our access at any time in your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or in your LinkedIn settings; this does not delete your Complete AI Training account.
How we use it
- To provide what you signed up for: set up your plan, skills and lessons for your job, run your membership, issue certificates and send the emails you asked for, such as sign-in links, your daily brief and your welcome email. This is needed for our agreement with you.
- To keep the service safe and working: preventing abuse, limiting sign-in attempts and fixing problems. This is our legitimate interest.
- To improve Complete AI Training, using overall statistics rather than individual profiles. This is our legitimate interest.
- To keep financial records and meet other legal obligations.
You can turn the daily brief, newsletters and other optional emails off in your account settings or with the link in each email. We still send emails you need for your account, such as sign-in links.
Who can see what
- Certificates have a public page that shows your name, the certificate and the date, so you can share it and add it to LinkedIn.
- Business admins see the progress of the people on their team: level, lessons, hours saved, certificates and the kinds of work they use AI for. They also receive a monthly team report. Admins never see what anyone typed into their AI.
- Everything else on your account is private to you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run Complete AI Training, under contracts that let them use it only for us:
- Cloudflare: hosting, databases, file storage, security, and visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you across websites).
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
- Resend: sending our emails and newsletters.
- Ghost: the publishing system we write our articles in. It also holds the accounts and subscriptions of members who joined before October 2026, and the email services it uses for them.
- Google: sign-in if you choose Google.
- LinkedIn: sign-in if you choose LinkedIn.
The AI assistant you connect is not our service provider: it is a product of another company that you use under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also share information when the law requires it, or with a buyer if our business is sold, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Cookies
- Sign-in cookie: keeps you signed in, for up to six months or until you sign out.
- Setup cookie: remembers your setup answers for 30 days so you can continue where you left off.
- Google or LinkedIn sign-in cookie: protects that sign-in and expires after 10 minutes.
- Preferences stored in your browser, such as whether filters are shown.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
Where your information is kept
Our providers process information in several countries, including the United States and countries in Europe and Asia. Where information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland goes to a country without an adequacy decision, our providers use the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Your account and learning history: as long as you have an account. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your information within 30 days.
- Payment and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to seven years.
- Setup answers from a sign-up you didn't finish: until you ask us to delete them.
- Technical logs and sign-in limits: a short time, usually days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy to take elsewhere. You can also object to how we use it or ask us to limit that use. Email contact@completeaitraining.com from the address on your account; we reply within 30 days. These rights apply under the GDPR and UK GDPR, Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, California law and similar laws. We won't treat you differently for using them.
If you are not happy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, or in Hong Kong to the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). There are no passwords to steal: you sign in with a one-time link or code, which we store only in scrambled form and which expires quickly. Access to member information is limited to what is needed to run the service.
Children
Complete AI Training is not meant for children. You need to be at least 16 to create an account. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we delete it.
