Who we are

Complete AI Training (completeaitraining.com, "we", "us") is a service of Nexibeo Limited, 20th Floor, Central Tower, 28 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. You can reach us at contact@completeaitraining.com.

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you visit the website, create an account or become a member. If you sign up for a company, for example with a Business plan, "you" also means that company, and you confirm you may agree to these terms on its behalf. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

What Complete AI Training is

Complete AI Training helps you use AI in your own job. Depending on your plan it includes video courses, certifications, a library of AI tools, skills, prompts, connectors (MCP servers) and apps to build, a daily brief by email, and a coach that works inside the AI assistant you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot.

Some pages, such as news articles and the descriptions in our libraries, are open to everyone. The rest is for members.

Your account

• You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You sign in with a link or code we email you, or with Google or LinkedIn. There is no password. Keep access to your email account safe: whoever can read your email can sign in as you.
• Give us a real email address and keep it up to date. One account is for one person; don't share your sign-in, your personal key or your connection link with others. On a Business plan, invite your colleagues instead.
• An account without a membership has no access to the member content. You choose a plan to unlock it.

Membership, payment and renewal

• The plans and prices are on our pricing page. The price you pay is the one shown on the payment page when you subscribe. Prices are in US dollars; the payment page may show the amount in your own currency, and taxes are added where the law requires them.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Unless an offer says otherwise, you pay from the first day, and everything in your plan is unlocked as soon as the payment goes through.
• Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year and is charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
• We may change our prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for. We email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you don't want to continue.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel any time in your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments are not refunded, also not for the part of a month or year you did not use, unless we made a mistake (for example a double charge), we end the service as described below, or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. These terms never take away rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
• Think a payment went wrong? Email contact@completeaitraining.com within 30 days and we sort it out.

Business plans and teams

• On a Business plan the person who pays is the admin. The admin can invite up to 50 people by email, and remove them at any time.
• Invited people sign in with their own email and get access for as long as the admin's plan runs. When the plan ends or someone is removed, their access to member content ends too. Their account, certificates and favorites stay theirs.
• The admin sees each person's progress: their level, lessons, hours saved, certificates and what kinds of work they use AI for. The admin never sees what anyone typed into their AI.
• The admin is responsible for inviting only people who may use the plan, and for telling them that the admin can see their progress.
• Larger organisations can agree an Enterprise contract with us. Where that contract says something different from these terms, the contract applies.

Connecting your own AI

• Your membership includes a connection between Complete AI Training and the AI assistant you already use. That assistant is a product of another company (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google or Microsoft). Its own terms and privacy policy apply to it, and any subscription to it is between you and that company.
• The connection uses a personal key or link. Keep it to yourself. If you think someone else has it, disconnect it in Settings and connect again.
• Through the connection we give your assistant skills, prompts, lessons and instructions. Your assistant decides what it does with them and writes its own answers; we don't control what it says or does.

What you may do with our content

• While you are a member you may watch the courses and use the prompts, skills, app packs and other materials in your own work. On a Business plan that includes the work of your organisation.
• What you create with them, such as texts, apps, plans and other results, is yours.
• Our courses, exams, libraries, descriptions, images and pages remain the property of Nexibeo Limited and the people who made them, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy them in bulk, publish or share them outside your membership, sell them, or use them to build a competing training, directory or library service.
• Names and logos of other companies and products belong to their owners. Complete AI Training is independent and not affiliated with them.

Things you may not do

• Share your account, sign-in links, personal key or connection link with people outside your membership.
• Copy the site with scrapers, bots or bulk downloads, or get around limits or security. Normal use of the connection by your own AI assistant is fine.
• Use the service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes other people's rights.
• Disrupt, overload or try to break into the service, or reverse engineer it.
• Cheat on exams, or present a certificate you did not earn yourself.

Certificates

Our certificates show that you completed a course, exam or assessment on Complete AI Training. We issue them ourselves; they are not a degree, a licence or a qualification from a government, university or professional body. Each certificate has a public page, so anyone with the link can see your name, the certificate and the date, which is what lets you add it to LinkedIn. We may withdraw a certificate that was obtained by cheating.

AI can be wrong: no professional advice

Our courses, prompts, skills, news, tools and the coach are for learning and for getting work done. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. AI output, including output based on our materials, can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it, publish it or act on it. You decide how you use AI in your work, and you are responsible for that use.

Other websites and tools

Our AI tools library, news and other pages describe and link to products and websites of other companies. We describe them to help you choose; a listing is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for those websites, their prices, their availability or their terms.

Changes to the service

We keep improving Complete AI Training: we add, update and sometimes remove courses, tools, skills and features. We do our best to keep the service available, but it can sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or a problem at one of our providers. If we stop offering Complete AI Training as a whole, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Our liability

We provide the service as it is and as available. As far as the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption;
• our total liability to you for all claims is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing takes away your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Suspending or closing an account

You can stop at any time: cancel your plan in Settings, and if you want your account deleted, email contact@completeaitraining.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable. If we close your account without it being your fault, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. For important changes we email members at least 30 days before they apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then. The date at the top of this page shows which version applies.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes go to the courts of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there. Please contact us first: most questions are solved quickly by email.
