A Swedish-born executive club focused on the intersection of leadership and artificial intelligence is expanding its international footprint, adding chapters in London, Zurich, Luxembourg, Washington, D.C., and Dubai. AI Game Changers Club, founded by Emi Olausson Fourounjieva, connects senior executives, board members, and investors to address a specific tension: how to combine human judgment with machine intelligence without eroding trust and accountability.
The expansion reflects growing demand among leaders for curated, high-trust environments where they can test assumptions about AI strategy. The Club's model moves beyond access to information - which is abundant and often noisy - toward what Fourounjieva calls "trusted access": the right relationships, intelligence, and strategic perspective at the right moment.
A structured ecosystem, not another network
The Club organizes its work across seven interconnected functions: Executive Membership, Executive Education, Executive Advisory, Strategic Executive Portals, an Executive Research & Strategic Foresight Lab, Global Executive Exchanges, and a Speaker Hub. The Research Lab examines the governance and ethical conditions required for AI to produce durable business value, including trust at scale and decision quality.
"Trusted, reliable AI solutions will not come from promising perfection," Fourounjieva said. "They will come from knowing where responsibility sits, recognizing when something has gone wrong, and having the ability to intervene, learn, recover, or stop when necessary."
London exchange tests the model
A London Executive Exchange held during London Tech Week in June 2026 demonstrated the approach. Senior leaders gathered around themes of human-AI collaboration, business performance, and governance. The London chapter is chaired by Bernhard Raschke. The event was covered by CPOstrategy, signaling early traction for the Club's closed-door format.
The next virtual Executive Exchange, scheduled for 17 September 2026, will focus on the gap between AI ambition and execution. Titled From AI Ambition to Trusted Value: Governance, Assurance & the Gap Between Strategy and Execution, it brings together transatlantic perspectives on how governance frameworks can enable better decisions and responsible innovation. Registration is required, and participation is subject to confirmation.
Intellectual backbone and executive insight
The Club's Executive Intelligence Series draws on its Diamond Advisory Council, publishing practical insight from experienced leaders across markets and industries. The platform is connected to the podcast Digital Transformation & AI for Humans, founded and hosted by Fourounjieva, which has produced more than 110 episodes and reaches listeners in 119 countries.
Fourounjieva frames the Club's purpose around scarcity. "As intelligence becomes abundant in the AI era, the truly scarce resources are human connection, judgment, awareness, wisdom, and the ability to see possibilities others cannot," she said.
Why this matters for executives and strategy leaders
For senior decision-makers, the Club's expansion signals a maturing market for peer-level AI strategy dialogue. Leaders pursuing AI for Executives & Strategy are increasingly seeking structured environments to pressure-test governance models, not just technology implementations. The Club's emphasis on decision quality and accountability addresses a gap many organizations face: the distance between adopting AI tools and governing them effectively. Executives evaluating formal AI leadership development may also find relevant structure in an AI Learning Path for CEOs that aligns with the governance and oversight themes the Club is surfacing across its exchanges.
