AppWork has acquired Paraspot’s computer vision technology for video-based rental property inspections. The system detects property damage from inspection videos, compares move-in and move-out conditions, and generates repair estimates.
Integrating the system with existing maintenance workflows could reduce the amount of manual review required for inspection footage. Landlords and property managers still need transparent evidence and fair processes for handling disputes between tenants and owners.
