Bloom DevLabs Corp. launched BloomCONNECT, an AI sales agent that reads voice notes, photos, and video across seven messaging channels and books appointments without a human on the thread. The platform, built in the Philippines, went live August 9, 2026, and targets nine industries from restaurants to SaaS - anywhere deals happen inside DMs instead of spreadsheets.
Most sales conversations never leave the inbox. BloomCONNECT works inside WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email, SMS, and web chat to qualify leads, handle objections, and close the booking without forms or external links. The agent retains up to 100,000 tokens of conversation history per contact and adapts its approach as the conversation moves.
What the agent handles
The platform understands media files - voice notes, images, video, PDFs - not just typed text. It runs outbound campaigns, sends automatic follow-ups, and converts Instagram and Facebook comments into DMs. One-click optimization lets the agent review its best-performing conversations and rewrite its own instructions.
BloomCONNECT includes a REST API with more than 40 resources, about 20 webhook event types, an MCP server, and native integrations with Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, Intercom, Tidio, and Zendesk. Businesses can configure response speed, language support, and set a human-takeover mode for escalations.
"Most of what a sales team spends its day on happens in a DM, not a spreadsheet," the company said. "BloomCONNECT reads the message, works out what the buyer actually needs, and moves the conversation toward a booked appointment - at 3 a.m., in the buyer's own language, without anyone waiting on a reply."
Pricing and setup
BloomCONNECT uses a flat-credit model. A Starter plan starts at ₱1,495 per month (about US$25 for three channels). The Growth tier, the company's most popular, runs ₱5,995 a month (about US$99, unlimited channels). Pro costs ₱11,995 a month (about US$197, unlimited channels and unlimited AI replies per chat). Enterprise pricing is custom and volume-based.
One credit costs ₱10 (about US$0.16). An AI response costs one credit per thinking cycle. Each tool action - booking, web search, campaign generation - costs one credit per call. Pro and Enterprise customers can connect their own Anthropic API key so AI operations stop drawing from credits.
New accounts go live in about 15 minutes. The sees an existing website to draft starting instructions, lets the owner pick channels, test the agent in a playground, and turn it on.
