Boost Insurance launches AI-powered portal to speed up broker and MGA placement workflows

Boost Insurance launched Atlas, an AI portal that cuts specialty commercial quote placement from hours to seconds. It handles rating, quoting, binding, and endorsements without third-party middleware.

Boost Insurance Launches AI Portal to Speed Up Broker Quotes

Boost Insurance Holdings released Boost Atlas, an AI-enabled portal that compresses the placement workflow from hours to seconds for brokers and managing general agents (MGAs). The portal integrates rating, quoting, binding, and endorsements across specialty commercial products including business owners policies, cyber coverage, and management liability.

The system functions as three tools in one: an AI-driven underwriting workbench, an agency management system, and an intake engine. It connects directly to Boost's policy administration system through an API, eliminating the need for third-party middleware.

What Brokers Can Do Now

  • Submit applications and convert emails to quotes automatically using AI
  • Generate cross-sell recommendations powered by AI
  • Classify business types using smart NAICS coding
  • Create documents instantly
  • Run bulk quotes at scale
  • Onboard new agencies and apply white-label branding immediately

Boost says Atlas is the only portal in the specialty commercial market offering a real-time, end-to-end experience from initial submission to bound policy without requiring additional software layers.

Alex Maffeo, CEO and founder of Boost Insurance, said the broker and MGA market is at an inflection point where AI separates newer platforms from older ones. "For the first time, a broker or MGA can access compliance, capacity, and a genuinely AI-driven technology platform through a single relationship," Maffeo said.

The company built Atlas after nearly a decade of infrastructure investment focused on what drives broker and MGA success. Learn more about AI for Insurance and AI Agents & Automation to understand how these tools are reshaping the industry.
