Canary Technologies launches AI sales coordinator and Oracle cloud integration for hotels

Canary Technologies released an AI-powered Agentic Sales Coordinator for hotel group and event bookings and listed its F&B Mobile Ordering product on Oracle Cloud Marketplace this week. The moves target revenue growth and operational efficiency across a network of more than 20,000 hotels in over 100 countries. The company also extended its role in digital access and intensified engagement with hoteliers in Asia.

F&B Ordering Lands on Oracle Cloud Marketplace

Canary's F&B Mobile Ordering product now integrates with Oracle Simphony Cloud POS and Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS. Guests can browse menus, place orders from their phones, and charge meals to their room, with transactions routed directly to the kitchen. The integration aims to lift food and beverage revenue while streamlining workflows for hotels that already run Oracle platforms. By embedding its solution into existing Oracle infrastructure, Canary may strengthen adoption and extend its footprint in the Oracle hotel technology environment.

Agentic AI Sales Coordinator Targets Group Business

The new Agentic Sales Coordinator manages group and event sales inquiries from first contact to confirmed booking. It qualifies leads and handles administrative tasks, shortening response times and reducing missed opportunities. Canary plans to demonstrate the tool at the HSMAI Commercial Strategy Conference and HITEC 2026 in San Antonio.

The coordinator joins an existing AI suite that includes AI Voice, AI Contracts, AI Webchat, and AI Guest Messaging. Management sees the platform as core infrastructure for hotel commercial operations, allowing staff to shift time toward relationship-building and higher-value activities. These capabilities reflect the growing adoption of AI for Hospitality & Events across the sector.

Digital Access and Asia Engagement

Canary continues to extend digital access capabilities through its role as credential manager for dormakaba Mobile Access Solutions integrated with Apple Wallet. The Mobile Keys product supports a fully digital, contactless guest journey and reduces internal resource demands for access management.

In Asia, the company co-hosted The Hotelier Social in Bangkok with Duetto and Avalon Analytics, bringing together general managers, property owners, and commercial leaders for discussions on revenue optimization and guest experience. Further events are scheduled in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Vietnam. The initiative aims to strengthen relationships with decision-makers in key growth markets and support customer acquisition.

Why this matters for hospitality and events professionals

AI-driven sales tools and integrated ordering systems are changing how hotel staff spend their time. The Agentic Sales Coordinator automates routine inquiry handling, letting event and group sales teams focus on complex, high-value bookings. The Oracle Marketplace listing simplifies adoption for properties already using Oracle's property management and point-of-sale tools. Meanwhile, mobile key credentials reduce friction at check-in and meet rising guest expectations for contactless service. For hospitality and event planners, these developments signal a maturing technology stack that supports revenue growth without increasing administrative burden. The regional Hotelier Social events also create opportunities for face-to-face networking and knowledge exchange in high-growth Asian markets.
