Located in Nava Raipur's Sector 22, the park spans 13.5 acres and offers advanced services such as GPU-based computing, AI processing, data analytics, and live streaming. A 2.7-hectare portion is designated as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ), operated by RackBank Datacenters Private Limited.

The AI Data Park is designed to make government services more accessible and timely. For healthcare, it means faster medical test results for doctors and patients. In agriculture, farmers can receive timely advice on weather and crop choices.
