Cloverleaf Infrastructure has struck a strategic partnership with NVIDIA, which has also taken a minority stake in the company, to speed up development of AI factories across the United States. The deal brings NVIDIA's technology into the earlier stages of Cloverleaf's site development, targeting the power, cooling, and infrastructure demands of America's growing AI pipeline.
The US infrastructure developer will apply NVIDIA's DSX platform earlier in its development process. That platform brings site, power, cooling, computing, and facility decisions together, letting customers assess infrastructure trade-offs before projects are advanced. The goal is to evaluate how AI factories can deliver more useful AI output within the limits of available power and grid capacity.
Bringing power and compute together
Since its founding in 2024, Cloverleaf has developed a pipeline of multiple gigawatt-scale projects for customers across North America. The partnership is focused on helping Cloverleaf and its utility partners respond to rising demand for accelerated computing by developing the physical infrastructure needed to support AI workloads.

Optimising every megawatt
Access to powered, shovel-ready sites has become critical as developers look to bring new AI capacity online. Instead of treating compute, power, cooling, and facility planning as separate stages, the partnership will connect these decisions earlier in the project lifecycle. That helps customers understand infrastructure constraints and optimise available resources before construction begins.
Once facilities are operational, NVIDIA DSX infrastructure and software will help customers optimise energy use and computing capacity. Cloverleaf customers will be able to engage with NVIDIA across the wider AI factory stack, including accelerated computing, high-performance networking, infrastructure and platform software, and NVIDIA DSX.
