In his new role, Sullivan is responsible for shaping the company’s cybersecurity strategy and overseeing its security program, ensuring that Concentric AI’s approach meets the practical needs of businesses managing sensitive data in complex digital environments.

Experienced Leader with Proven Security Track Record

Lane Sullivan brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise security leadership, including managing ransomware response and guiding security transformations. Before joining Concentric AI, he was SVP and Chief Information Security Officer at Magellan Health, where he led cybersecurity, physical security, and data governance programs, while also advocating for mental health awareness within security teams.

His work has been recognized by Cyber Defense Magazine, naming him a Top Global CISO in both 2023 and 2024. Sullivan has also contributed to the HITRUST Health 3rd Party Trust Initiative and held senior roles at Ingram Content Group, C&S Wholesale Grocers, and JT Investments.

Sullivan holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in Business – IT Management.
