Dreamland Limited Partners With AI Firm to Build Image Recognition Platform

Dreamland Limited's subsidiary Trendic International Limited signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with LinkFung Innovation Limited to develop an AI-powered image library platform. The 12-month project will integrate face detection, automated content tagging, and intelligent filtering capabilities with cloud infrastructure and database systems.

The platform will process images and video in real time, automatically generating metadata, hashtags, and content classifications. It will also detect and filter duplicate content, estimate image quality, and flag material for moderation.

Core Technical Features

  • Face detection: Real-time and batch processing for recognition, tagging, and grouping, with optional demographic and emotion estimation.
  • Content analysis: Automatic hashtag generation, scene and object recognition, activity detection, and sentiment analysis.
  • Image filtering: Content-based moderation, aesthetic scoring, duplicate detection, and enhancement recommendations.
  • Infrastructure: Scalable cloud architecture with auto-scaling, load balancing, CDN, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Database: High-performance system supporting vector embeddings for AI-driven search and recommendations.

Intellectual property rights for the platform will belong to Trendic International upon full payment. The agreement includes binding provisions on intellectual property, confidentiality, and data protection, though it remains non-binding regarding whether the parties will execute a final service agreement.

Seto Wai Yue, CEO of Dreamland Limited, said the partnership represents "a pivotal milestone for Trendic's expansion into AI sector" and will allow the company to optimize costs while delivering next-generation capabilities.

LinkFung Innovation is a Hong Kong-based developer of AI solutions and digital infrastructure. Dreamland Limited operates as an event management service provider focused on themed experiences for entertainment properties.

No assurance exists that the parties will complete the project as described or on the proposed timeline.
