DXC Technology named Holly Grant as President, AI Innovation and Strategy & LabX today, expanding the unit's remit to accelerate AI-native product incubation and platform strategy. The appointment reinforces the company's Fast Track focus on high-growth AI opportunities while it continues to scale its core services business.
LabX, launched in April as an AI-native product incubator, will now house the AI Platforms Engine. This brings together DXC's work with Amazon Quick, Anthropic's Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. The expanded unit will design, build and deploy AI solutions that draw on multiple platforms, supported by tens of thousands of forward-deployed engineers embedded directly in customer environments.
Grant's appointment marks an expansion of LabX's remit and broadens her leadership in advancing DXC's AI strategy. She will lead both LabX's AI-native product incubation work and the commercial side of DXC's AI partner platform strategy, while continuing to oversee enterprise strategy and innovation. She reports to CEO Raul Fernandez.

DXC is structuring LabX around an open AI ecosystem, rejecting the idea that one model or vendor can address all customer needs. This approach gives organizations the ability to integrate technologies from multiple partners while drawing on DXC's experience with mission-critical systems.
