DXC Reshuffles Consulting Leadership to Scale AI Delivery

DXC Technology announced three senior leadership appointments within its Consulting & Engineering Services division on April 17, aimed at helping enterprise clients move from AI pilots to production systems at scale.

The company brought in Dan Albright to lead AdvisoryX, a new consulting group focused on translating AI strategy into operational results. Albright spent 25 years in consulting roles, most recently as divisional president and global head of consulting at NTT DATA Services.

Srinivas Sai Nidadhavolu was appointed global lead for Enterprise Applications, responsible for go-to-market strategy and ecosystem partnerships. He spent nearly three decades managing large-scale transformation programs, including a stint as global SAP lead at Wipro.

Stan Clark joined as NextGen AI Partnerships & Growth Leader to build DXC's partner ecosystem. Clark spent more than two decades developing partnership models at systems integrators and cloud providers, most recently as president of ecosystems and markets at Cosmo Tech.

The Strategic Shift

The moves reflect a shift in enterprise AI demand. Companies are moving past proof-of-concept projects and seeking help implementing AI across their operations, but many struggle to translate strategy into working systems.

DXC said the new structure combines advisory services with engineering delivery to help customers operationalize AI, modernize legacy systems, and achieve measurable business results. The company plans to focus on industries including automotive, manufacturing, banking, insurance, and public sector.

All three leaders report to Ramnath Venkataraman, president of Consulting & Engineering Services.
