The Health Sector Coordinating Council's Cybersecurity Working Group released a guide for healthcare organizations to establish governance frameworks around artificial intelligence implementation. The guide addresses specific AI security threats including data poisoning, model drift, and adversarial attacks while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Healthcare systems are deploying AI at scale across multiple forms. The guide covers traditional machine learning models, generative AI and LLM systems, and agentic AI-software capable of autonomous action without human intervention for each step.
