AI governance software provider Holistic AI added former Microsoft executive Vahé Torossian to its board of directors on June 25, 2026. Torossian brings more than three decades of experience in enterprise software and international business development. He spent 31 years at Microsoft, holding senior roles including President of Microsoft Western Europe and Corporate Vice President of Business Applications. Following his tenure there, he served as President and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Builder.ai.
He currently works as a Venture Partner at Tola Capital, a Seattle-based venture firm focused on early-stage enterprise software. Torossian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, along with degrees from INSEAD and ISG Paris.
