Inkers Technology launches AI construction intelligence platform

Inkers Technology has launched Kael, an AI-native construction intelligence platform designed to help project teams identify risks, reduce delays and cut cost overruns. The company announced the platform in New Delhi this week.

Kael consolidates fragmented project data from schedules, drawings, site reports and communication channels into a single system that delivers real-time insights to project managers and executives. The platform continuously scans workflows and surfaces emerging risks before they escalate into problems.

How it works

Rather than functioning as conventional project management software, Kael operates as an AI orchestration engine. It analyzes project data points across multiple sources and routes actionable insights to relevant stakeholders, shifting teams from manual reporting toward intelligence-led decision-making.

The platform integrates with Observance, Inkers Technology's operational intelligence solution that uses computer vision and LiDAR technology to create live digital twins of construction sites. This integration provides real-time visibility between on-site activities and executive oversight.

Measured results

Early deployments have shown measurable impact. Project managers have recovered three to four working hours daily through automated reporting and real-time risk identification, according to the company.

Argenio Antao, Chief Business Officer at Inkers Technology, said the construction industry faces a significant productivity gap despite access to large-scale project data. Kael addresses this by consolidating fragmented information into a unified intelligence layer.

The company said the launch responds to India's continued infrastructure and real estate expansion, where improving predictability and execution control in large-scale project delivery has become critical.
