Innovaccer and Mastek partner to scale healthcare AI in the US

Innovaccer has named Mastek a Platinum partner in its global systems integrator program, pairing Innovaccer's healthcare AI platform with Mastek's delivery network across the US, UK, Europe, and Middle East. The deal gives both companies a combined go-to-market capability for autonomous healthcare operations, targeting hospitals, payers, and life sciences organizations where local relationships often determine whether technology programs succeed.

Mastek, founded in 1982 and listed on the National Stock Exchange of India, operates more than 4,700 specialists across 40 countries. The company reports a 96% client retention rate and works with more than 275 healthcare and life sciences customers, including providers, payers, pharmaceutical firms, and public health organizations.

What the partnership covers

Under the expanded agreement, Mastek will deploy and localize Innovaccer's full suite of healthcare AI applications. That includes agentic revenue cycle management for prior authorization, coding, and denials; population health and value-based care programs; and payer performance tools for Stars ratings, risk adjustment, and utilization management.

For patient access and contact center operations, Mastek's migration and digital front door expertise will combine with Innovaccer's AI agents for scheduling and referrals. The companies say the integrated suite targets the administrative workflows that consume the largest share of healthcare operating capacity.

For professionals working in healthcare operations, the practical question is how these tools change daily workflows. The partnership is aimed at organizations already running large-scale transformation programs - not pilot projects. That focus on deployment at scale matters for AI for Healthcare teams evaluating whether vendor platforms can handle production workloads, not just demonstrations.

Why Mastek and Innovaccer partnered

Innovaccer brings Gravity, its healthcare data and AI platform, which provides interoperability, governance, and agent infrastructure. Mastek brings four decades of institutional relationships with health systems and government health authorities across three continents.

Umang Nahata, CEO of Mastek, said in a statement: "Healthcare organizations need AI that is simple, trusted and built on connected data. Our Platinum partnership with Innovaccer strengthens Mastek's ability to help customers turn healthcare data into actionable intelligence and accelerates our journey to become a leading AI transformation partner for the healthcare industry."

Abhinav Shashank, Co-Founder and CEO of Innovaccer, said: "When leading healthcare-focused global systems integrators independently choose to build their delivery practices around Gravity, it tells the market that this platform is trusted to carry the most complex, high-stakes healthcare transformation programs in the world."

Why this matters for healthcare professionals

For CIOs and operations leaders, the partnership signals that autonomous revenue cycle and patient access tools are moving beyond early adopters into mainstream delivery channels. Mastek's existing government and payer contracts give Innovaccer a route into markets where procurement favors established vendors. The same dynamic applies to professionals tracking AI Agents & Automation: platform partnerships like this one determine which tools actually reach the front line, and how quickly.

Innovaccer was recently named a leader in the inaugural Gartner Magic Quadrant for Healthcare Provider Industry Cloud Platforms. The Mastek deal extends that positioning into the UK and Europe, where health systems face similar cost pressures and are beginning to test AI-driven operations at scale.
