More than 300 companies and 32 specialized seminars will fill COEX Halls C and D in Seoul from August 19 to 21 as the K-Hospital Healthtech Fair (KHF) 2026 opens. Hosted by the Korean Hospital Association, the event puts hospital AI transformation, digital pathology, and cybersecurity at the center of its programming for healthcare executives and practitioners.
The exhibition spans 500 booths and draws in professionals from hospitals, clinics, IT, and academia. Educational tracks are grouped to serve hospital administrators, clinicians, IT and cybersecurity staff, nurses, dietitians, and facility managers. Admission is free with advance registration through the KHF 2026 website by August 18, though some seminars require separate registration or fees.
Hospital AI transformation in focus
On August 19, the Medical Innovation Conference will present advances in cancer treatment technologies, smart hospital initiatives, healthcare AI agents, and medical data governance from leading hospitals and companies. That same day, the Korea Human Resource Development Institute for Health and Welfare will host a session on implementation strategies for hospital AI, covering national AI strategy, adoption proof-of-concepts, and policy and technology requirements for success.
The next day, the K-Digital Healthcare Summit, run by the KHA's Digital Information Innovation Committee, will explore physical AI, robotics, and digital transformation strategies. Digital pathology debuts
For the first time, KHF dedicates a three-day program to digital pathology. The following day, the Digital Health Security Association holds its 17th conference covering cybersecurity risks in medical devices and AI-enabled environments, while the Korean Information Technology in Hospital Association discusses data utilization under relaxed network separation rules and the blending of hybrid cloud with AI agent workflows. A governance seminar on August 21 rounds out the track with a focus on data management and responsible AI use.
Operational and facility programs
Frontline professionals will find targeted sessions. The Hospital Nurses Association leads a smart nursing practice discussion on August 19, covering nursing AI and workflow changes in smart hospitals. The Korean Dietetic Association will present quality improvement cases in hospital nutrition services alongside an accreditation workshop on August 21.
Hospital infrastructure gets its own attention. The Korea Institute of Healthcare Architecture holds a two-day architecture forum August 20-21 on infectious disease wards, healing environments, and smart operating rooms. The Hospital Facilities Management Association will run a technology seminar on August 21 focused on space management, seismic resistance, and facility safety.
