Luxury Presence reaches $100 million in annual recurring revenue

Luxury Presence has crossed $100 million in annual recurring revenue, the company announced Tuesday. The growth platform now serves more than 100,000 real estate agents across nearly 20,000 brands, and agents on the Presence Platform close nearly three times more transaction volume than peers in their same markets.

Platform growth and investment

The milestone caps a period of rapid product development and market expansion. In January 2026, Luxury Presence closed a $37 million funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, the third time the firm has backed the company. Earlier this month, the company launched the new Presence Platform, which unifies every client-facing part of an agent's business into a single system.

Byron Deeter, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, said, "Crossing $100 million in ARR places Luxury Presence in a rare category of proven software companies. Fewer than two percent of venture-backed software companies ever reach this milestone. The pace at which top-performing agents and brokerages are joining the Presence Platform excites us most about the company's trajectory."

Top agents adopt the Presence Platform

Thirty percent of the Wall Street Journal RealTrends top agents and teams run their businesses on the platform. Noble Black, leader of Corcoran's No. 2-ranked team nationwide, was among Luxury Presence's first clients and continues to use the platform.

"Luxury Presence reaching this milestone says as much about the evolution of the real estate industry as it does about the company itself," Black said. "The most successful agents today understand that brand, technology, and client relationships all have to work together seamlessly. Luxury Presence recognized that shift early and built a platform around it. That's why so many top agents trust them with such a critical part of their business, including me."

AI personalization at scale

Since the start of 2025, the company has expanded its AI product and engineering teams by more than 300 percent. New features now reach production five times faster than a year ago. Luxury Presence plans to invest more than $10 million in AI infrastructure and capabilities over the next year.

"We have rebuilt how this company builds software," said Jesse Pederson, Chief Technology Officer. "The Presence Platform is now continuously improving for each client, using their performance data to adapt to their market, their voice, and their unique business. No two clients are running the same version anymore."

As AI reshapes how agents attract and convert leads, many are turning to specialized training like the AI Learning Path for Real Estate Brokers to understand how these systems work and where they fit into a brokerage's operations.

Why this matters for real estate and construction professionals

The $100 million ARR mark signals that top-producing agents are consolidating their technology stacks around AI-driven platforms. For real estate and construction professionals, the takeaway is practical: agents who embed AI into client acquisition and database management are closing deals at multiples of their peers. The gap between early adopters and those relying on fragmented tools is widening, and the data from Luxury Presence shows that the performance difference is measurable in transaction volume.
