Mizuho Securities, the securities arm of Japan's Mizuho Financial Group, has implemented Behavox Quantum AI to monitor employee communications across email and chat in Japanese, English, and other languages. The deployment went live after a three-month implementation period that included technical due diligence, model risk review, and security assessments.
The system integrates communications monitoring with trade surveillance, data retention, and policy management on a single platform.
