Mobilicom Welcomes Guy Givoni to Board of Directors

Mobilicom (MOB) has appointed Guy Givoni to its Board of Directors, adding a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, drones, AI, and related sectors. Givoni’s appointment follows his tenure on Mobilicom’s Advisory Board from 2017 to 2023 and comes as the company intensifies its focus on expanding its cybersecurity software offerings, including the OS3 and ICE platforms.

Simultaneously, Mobilicom announced the departure of long-serving board members Campbell McComb and Jonathan Brett, who stepped down in early June 2025 after years of guiding the company through critical growth phases.

Expertise to Drive Cybersecurity Software Growth

CEO Oren Elkayam highlighted Givoni’s proven track record in scaling software, AI, and cybersecurity revenue streams, which aligns with Mobilicom’s strategic pivot toward cybersecurity solutions for drones and robotics. Givoni’s experience is expected to accelerate the company’s momentum in these areas.

“Guy’s addition to our Board reflects our evolution into delivering cybersecurity software alongside our expanding hardware portfolio,” Elkayam said. “His expertise in managing growth and capturing market share in cybersecurity and AI will be invaluable.”

Guy Givoni’s Background

Board Departures and Acknowledgments

Campbell McComb and Jonathan Brett, who served on Mobilicom’s Board since 2017 and 2018 respectively, stepped down on June 3 and June 1, 2025. Both left on good terms, with the company expressing gratitude for their contributions.

“We thank Campbell and Jonathan for their significant roles in Mobilicom’s growth since its public listing on the Australian Stock Exchange,” Elkayam said. “Their guidance helped position the company for the current phase of revenue and market share expansion.”
