Momspresso Founders Launch AI Marketing Startup to Challenge Agency Model

Vishal Gupta and Prashant Sinha, who sold content platform Momspresso to FMCG group Honasa Consumer in 2023, launched Aigenc.ai on Tuesday. The startup uses artificial intelligence to analyze historical ad performance and predict which creative elements will drive results for consumer brands.

Rather than operate as a software dashboard or traditional creative agency, Aigenc.ai functions as a full-service firm that combines media buying, influencer management, and strategy through proprietary automation.

How the System Works

Aigenc.ai deconstructs a brand's advertising history into more than 20 creative attributes-narrative hooks, formatting, presentation styles-and cross-references them with campaign performance data. The system generates predictive scores for new concepts before advertising money is spent.

Human marketing teams then refine and deploy the automated output. Gupta, a former Unilever brand manager, said the approach addresses a fundamental gap: "Marketing teams today are drowning in performance data but starving for creative intelligence. Most brands still cannot systematically explain why one creative works and another fails."

The Problem It Targets

Generative AI tools have increased content volume without necessarily improving conversion rates or return on ad spend. Prashant Sinha, co-founder and former PepsiCo executive, said traditional agency structures remain too siloed to transfer campaign learnings efficiently. "Content velocity is not the same as better marketing," he said.

The startup targets FMCG, retail, financial services, and e-commerce sectors.

Early Results

Aigenc.ai claimed early trials with an unnamed baby-care brand resulted in a 40 percent reduction in campaign deployment time and revenue lift over six months. These metrics could not be independently verified.

The leadership team includes former executives from Ogilvy, Bharti Airtel, and WinZO.
