OpenAI launched Marketplace today at its DevDay conference, a new platform that lets enterprise customers buy AI-powered tools from third-party providers. ElevenLabs is a launch partner, and its ElevenAgents platform will be sold through the directory. Eligible enterprise customers can apply their existing OpenAI spending commitments to ElevenAgents purchases.
The marketplace directory is live now with ElevenAgents listed. Purchasing will roll out shortly, and interested teams can register through the directory in the meantime.
What ElevenAgents offers
ElevenAgents pairs OpenAI's frontier reasoning models with ElevenLabs' conversational AI stack. The platform handles voice, chat, and email interactions in more than 90 languages, with tools for knowledge base integration, guardrails, and analytics built in.
Companies including Stripe, Deutsche Telekom, and Klarna use ElevenAgents for inbound support resolution, lead qualification, abandoned cart recovery, and scheduling automation. The platform is designed for production agents that listen and respond in real time.
GPT model performance
Across enterprise deployments, GPT models perform strongly on complex reasoning and reliable tool calling within ElevenAgents, according to the company. Customers can now combine OpenAI frontier models with ElevenAgents' real-time platform under a single contract.

ElevenAgents is available through the OpenAI Marketplace starting today. OpenAI enterprise customers can register interest through the marketplace directory before purchasing opens.
