Oracle Fusion Release 26B Introduces Agentic Apps Across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience
Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Release 26B marks the first widespread deployment of agentic applications across the Fusion Apps Suite, adding hundreds of product updates and new AI agents to finance, human resources, supply chain, and customer experience modules.
The roadmaps for Release 26B are now available on Oracle Cloud Customer Connect, showing what shipped in the current release and what's planned for near-term and longer-term development windows.
What's shipping in each module
Finance and ERP: Oracle added a new Security Command Center and five new AI agents-Ledger Agent, Payables Agent, Expenses Agent, Payment Agent, and others-designed to handle routine financial tasks.
Supply Chain and Manufacturing: Ten agentic apps launched, including the Design-to-Source Workspace, Sourcing Command Center, and Cost Accounting Close Workspace. The release also includes new AI agents and Redwood interface pages.
Human Capital Management: Seven agentic apps now support hiring, employee support, learning, and workforce management. The Hiring Workspace reduces administrative work for recruiting and shortens time to hire, particularly for retail store managers. New and updated AI agents and generative AI capabilities are also included.
Customer Experience: Three new agentic apps shipped across Sales, Service, and Marketing, including the Sales Command Center for monitoring leads, evaluating customer churn, and recommending next actions. Six new agents support customer and field service operations.
