Penguin Ai hires product and revenue leaders as platform hits scale

Penguin Ai, a healthcare AI company, appointed Dan Wu as Head of Product and Nate Kiely as Chief Revenue Officer. The hires follow rapid customer growth and the launch of Gwen, the company's build-your-own AI platform for healthcare operations.

Wu spent more than 20 years in healthcare technology, including roles as Chief Product Officer at Revel AI and Palisaid. He also led product at Best Buy Health and Clinicient. At Penguin Ai, he owns the product roadmap for Gwen and the broader platform.

Kiely brings two decades of healthcare sales experience across payers, providers, and revenue cycle operations. He was most recently Chief Strategy Officer at Surgical Notes and held CRO positions at Surgical Notes and iMedX.

Fawad Butt, Penguin Ai's co-founder and CEO, said the company had reached a point where product and commercial functions needed independent senior leadership. "Dan and Nate bring the product depth and commercial fluency to make that happen," Butt said.

Gwen lets healthcare teams build and deploy AI workers across administrative workflows. Wu and Kiely will focus on expanding the platform's reach. Wu is based in Bellevue, Washington; Kiely in Atlanta.
