Prudential Individual Life Insurance introduced Just Ask on May 18, 2026, an AI-powered tool designed to help financial professionals quickly access product information, underwriting quotes, and forms. The tool is now available to Prudential's third-party advisors and active distributors.
Financial professionals spend their days moving between client conversations and administrative follow-ups. When information is hard to find, cases stall. Just Ask consolidates commonly needed data into a single interface, eliminating the need to navigate multiple systems.
Speed Where It Matters Most
The tool's most direct benefit is speed in underwriting. Financial professionals can now generate certain underwriting rates in minutes by entering basic client information. The traditional process takes several business days through standard channels.
That difference directly affects how quickly advisors can follow up with clients and move cases forward.
Beyond underwriting, Just Ask helps advisors locate product details and find new business forms faster than before.
Early Adoption Data
Within the first few months of launch, 85% of first-time users reported the tool was helpful in answering their questions. Form searches were the most common use, followed closely by underwriting quote requests.
