Qatar University and Scale AI are developing a national academic advising platform that combines always-available student guidance with advisor dashboards and early-support alerts. The system is designed to provide continuous direction to students while equipping advisors with tools to monitor progress and identify those who may need intervention.

Human staff will retain decision oversight within the automated workflow, ensuring that final judgments on student support remain with qualified professionals. This structure offers a practical model for institutions that want to adopt high-touch education automation without removing the human element from critical advising decisions.
