Quisitive Names New CEO as Microsoft Partner Shifts AI Strategy
Quisitive, an Irving-based Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions provider, appointed Michael Roughsedge as CEO effective immediately. Roughsedge replaces founder Mike Reinhart, who transitions to chairman.
Roughsedge brings more than 20 years in enterprise technology services. He most recently served as global chief sales officer at Avanade, where he led sales across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at Microsoft, Adobe, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
"The partners who will lead the next decade aren't the ones bolting AI onto existing playbooks - they're the ones rebuilding around it," Roughsedge said in a statement. He cited Quisitive's specialization, relationships, and team as positioning the company to lead that shift.
Reinhart founded Quisitive in 2016 as a digital transformation and managed services provider in the Microsoft ecosystem. Last year, an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital acquired the company.
Microsoft Frontier Partner Status
Quisitive announced it earned Microsoft Frontier Partner status, a designation for partners with deep expertise in AI transformation across the Microsoft Cloud. The achievement follows Quisitive's receipt of the Microsoft Copilot Specialization, its 19th specialization overall.
The Copilot Specialization validates the company's ability to implement and scale Microsoft 365 Copilot, customize solutions with Copilot Studio, and develop AI agents.
