Restb.ai Reaches 1 Million Real Estate Agents Through 26 MLS Partnerships

Restb.ai, a computer vision company serving real estate, said its technology now reaches more than 1 million agents across North America. The company added 26 new MLS partnerships over the past 18 months, making it the most widely deployed AI solution available to real estate agents in the region.

The expansion reflects growing demand from multiple listing services looking to deliver AI tools directly within the systems agents already use daily. Restb.ai's technology integrates image recognition, automated tagging, compliance insights, and property data enrichment into MLS workflows without requiring agents to learn new software.

"Agents are not being asked to learn new systems," said Dominik Pogorzelski, President of MLS at Restb.ai. "Restb.ai technology is built into the systems they already use every day."

Who Deployed the Technology

New U.S. adopters include MLSs across 20 states: ArkansasONE MLS, Beaches MLS in Florida, Billings Association of REALTORS in Montana, Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS in Virginia, Coeur d'Alene MLS in Idaho, Colorado Real Estate Network, Indiana Regional MLS, Intermountain MLS in Idaho, MLS Technology Inc. in Tulsa, MLS United LLC in Mississippi, Mammoth Lakes Board of REALTORS in California, MetroList MLS in California, New Mexico MLS, REALTORS Association of Indian River County in Florida, Realcomp in Michigan, Royal Gorge Association of REALTORS in Colorado, Greater Alabama MLS, San Francisco Association of REALTORS, Sanibel and Captiva Island Association of REALTORS in Florida, Tulare County Association of REALTORS in California, Western River Valley Board of REALTORS in Arkansas, and Western Upstate MLS in South Carolina.

Canadian organizations now using the platform include REALTORS Association of Edmonton in Alberta, Fraser Valley Real Estate Board in British Columbia, Greater Vancouver REALTORS in British Columbia, and Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS.

How the Technology Works

Restb.ai's system analyzes property images automatically, converting visual data into structured information. The company processes more than 1 billion property photos monthly across its network.

"AI works best when it's not something agents or brokers have to think about or manage separately," said Nathan Brannen, Chief Product Officer at Restb.ai. The integration turns property images into searchable data that supports compliance and saves agents time.

The approach signals a shift in how real estate companies deploy AI. Rather than offering standalone tools, MLSs are embedding AI directly into platforms agents use constantly, making the technology invisible to end users.

The technology now serves markets of all sizes, from major metropolitan areas to smaller regional MLSs.
