Rhino.ai and Carahsoft Technology Corp. announced a partnership on June 25, 2026, making an AI platform for legacy system discovery and modernization available to U.S. government agencies. Carahsoft will distribute the platform through its reseller network and contracts including SEWP V, ITES-SW2, NASPO ValuePoint, TIPS, and OMNIA Partners.

How the platform works
The Rhino.ai platform analyzes legacy code, SaaS applications, and COTS systems to extract hidden business logic and convert it into structured processes and ontologies. It uses Generative AI and LLM technology to accelerate modernization for civilian, health, and defense agencies, with an emphasis on security and transparency throughout the lifecycle.
