Riga startup launches automated lead qualification system for service businesses

Lvrai, an AI company based in Riga, Latvia, has launched a system that automatically responds to sales inquiries, qualifies prospects, and books qualified buyers into sales calendars without manual intervention.

The platform targets coaches, consultants, and high-ticket service agencies across Latvia and Europe. It addresses a core problem: most service businesses lose leads in the first few minutes after an inquiry simply because no one responds fast enough.

How it works

When a lead arrives from any source-a website form, paid ad, or direct message-the AI initiates a qualification conversation within 60 seconds. It asks the same discovery questions a trained sales representative would ask, then automatically books prospects that meet qualification criteria into the sales calendar.

Leads that don't qualify are disqualified automatically, eliminating time wasted on unqualified discovery calls.

The system integrates directly with existing CRM platforms, calendars, and Meta advertising accounts. Lvrai is officially partnered with Meta's Conversion API, allowing qualified lead data to feed back into ad targeting algorithms to improve lead quality over time.
