Strategy and Google Cloud are launching a seven-city U.S. executive event series this fall focused on the data foundations needed to move enterprise AI from pilot programs into production. The AI Transformation Forum will visit New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Sunnyvale, Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta between October 1 and October 29, targeting Chief Data and Analytics Officers, CIOs, and senior AI leaders.
The series arrives as organizations shift from generative AI experiments toward agentic AI at scale. That shift raises the stakes for data consistency, governance, and the business context feeding AI systems. Enterprises need AI to understand business definitions, access governed data, and operate efficiently before it can be trusted to take business action. Rising compute costs are also pushing Tokenomics to the forefront, as companies look to reduce token consumption while improving return on investment.
The data foundation problem
According to IDC's Future Enterprise and Spending Survey, 93% of respondents say generative AI and enterprise AI priorities have increased their focus on semantic layers within business intelligence and analytics. The forum sessions will address that directly, examining trusted enterprise data, AI governance, token and compute efficiency, and practical strategies for production deployment.
"Enterprises are quickly moving beyond AI experimentation, but scaling AI requires a trusted foundation," said Kip Amedeo, Chief Revenue Officer at Strategy. "Together with Google Cloud, we're bringing leaders together to explore how organizations can give AI the trusted data and business context it needs to deliver meaningful results at scale."
Forum schedule and locations
The New York, Boston, and Sunnyvale events will be hosted at Google offices. The remaining forums will take place at venues across Washington, D.C., Chicago, Dallas, and Atlanta. The series will feature perspectives from Strategy, Google Cloud, and enterprise data and AI leaders, with additional speakers to be announced.
- New York City - October 1

For executives building their AI knowledge base, resources like AI for Executives & Strategy and Google AI Courses offer complementary learning paths.
Why this matters for executives and strategy leaders
The forum series signals a market shift: the AI conversation is moving from "what can we build" to "how do we make it reliable and cost-effective at scale." For executives, the emphasis on semantic layers and Tokenomics reflects the real budgetary and architectural decisions now landing on leadership desks. The events offer a direct line to how peers and platform providers are solving the data trust problem that determines whether AI investments pay off or stall in pilot purgatory.
