Swarmer bought Vataga’s drone tech and hired 15 of its staff, while Vataga stays independent as a manufacturer.
Swarmer has acquired the rights to Vataga’s drone hardware and software. As part of the transaction, Swarmer will also hire 15 employees from Vataga. Vataga will continue to operate as an independent manufacturer.
